I bought three kitchen appliances from Bad Boy on Nov 21st, didn't get them delivered till Dec 10. After paying for the appliances and left the store, I was reading the invoice. They don't give you much advance notice for delivery. They only call you through an automated machine ONE day ahead of delivery. And you won't be able to get an idea of the time frame until that morning of delivery date. Ok, fine, so that morning I checked online, it said the delivery is between 9:30 to 1:30. They didn't arrive till 3:30. Ridiculous. And worse, both the dishwasher and cooking range they delivered were badly damaged. Like they have fallen off the truck or something. I told them to take them back. Now I need to go through the headaches to deal with the store. Lets see if there's more headaches coming. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
