I WAS INVESTIGATING FLOORING FOR OUR WHOLE HOME RENOVATION AND HAD BEEN TO QUITE A FEW RETAILERS. WHEN I ENTERED THE ALEXANIAN LOCATION IN MY HOMETOWN OF GEORGETOWN I WAS GREETED BY A YOUNG MAN NAMED MICHAEL. HE INSTANTLY MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SELL ME, HE EDUCATED ME ON EVERY ASPECT OF FLOORING....PRODUCTS,WARRATIES,INSTALLATION PROCEDURES,PREPARATIONS AND THE PROS AND CONS OF VARIOUS PRODUCTS. HE SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH MY WIFE AND I AND CAME TO OUR HOME BEFORE DURING AND AFTER THE PROJECT. A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE MAN, WHO TREATED US LIKE FAMILY, AND PROVIDED US WITH PERSONAL SERVICE . I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND ANYONE OTHER THAN MICHAEL TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR PROJECTS. VERY SATISFIED AND WILL DEAL WITH ALEXANIANS GEORGETOWN FOR ALL MY FLOORING AND WINDOW COVERING NEEDS. IT WAS NOT ONLY A GREAT EXPERIANCE, BUT A LONG LASTING FEELING OF SATISFICATION AND SECURITY KNOWING THAT IF ANY ISSUE WERE EVER TO ARISE I WOULD HAVE MICHAEL AND HIS TEAM BACKING ME 100%

The representative at alexanian's was very knowledgeable and friendly with me. The people that came to install the flooring were extremely quick with they're work. They had the floor installed within a day which was very impressive. Everything was cleaned up neat and tidy. I would difently recommend this company

Engineered hardwood flooring was installed in our home by Alexanians earlier this year but proved unacceptable to us for a number of reasons. We contacted manager Bill North who promptly came to our home and (once we pointed out the problems we had with the floor) reassured us the situation would be corrected to our satisfaction. It was. The engineered flooring was removed, another layer of plywood was installed over the subfloor and a new solid hardwood floor was installed. We are more than satified with the results. Our thanks to manager Bill North and to the professional work of installers Nathan, James and Mitchel. Great job and great service!

Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be! The quality of the wood was excellent - exactly what I ordered. Measurements were perfect. The installation was perfect and it was a pleasure to have the installers in our home. Be sure to ask for Peter's team to install - he did a wonderful job!

I WAS LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT CARPET, WARMTH, AND A DAMP CONTROL DUE TO BEDROOM WAS IN THE BASEMENT, THEY HELP A LOT ON TYPE AND COST, AND THE COST WAS VERY LOW.THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CARED FOR YOUR NEEDS.

Great install on hardwood flooring and when I had issue Dave at Alexanian made things right. He cares that the job is done and the customer is happy and I appreciate that.
