Engineered hardwood flooring was installed in our home by Alexanians earlier this year but proved unacceptable to us for a number of reasons. We contacted manager Bill North who promptly came to our home and (once we pointed out the problems we had with the floor) reassured us the situation would be corrected to our satisfaction. It was. The engineered flooring was removed, another layer of plywood was installed over the subfloor and a new solid hardwood floor was installed. We are more than satified with the results. Our thanks to manager Bill North and to the professional work of installers Nathan, James and Mitchel. Great job and great service!
