Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

We had gone to the Alexanian branch in Mississauga near Battleford. Once there we engaged Leslie who was very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of wood selection and setting up the installation for us. The install itself went on time and on budget - the work (which is outsourced to a subcontractor exclusive to that branch) was precise and well-laid out. Months later, there are no signs of any issues. We would recommend them again!

Having bad experience in London On. Had store manager Scott H. visit install. Asked if he had installed hardwood flooring he said he had after some discussion obviously hadn't. Had know idea what he was viewing . Product was split and improperly installed. My expections were simple a reasonable product and an install conducive to maufacturers recommendations with standard and customary workmanship practices.

Installation was perfect. Mohamed and his assistant did a fabulous job with attention to detail. Adds tons of value to our home. Will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for new broadloom.

The salesman Alan suggested we choose Stainmaster because of its history of good wear and appearance. We have dealt with this company before when we lived in Ottawa and were pleased with the work and product at that time. Again we were pleased 1 year ago with our selection.We thought we saw a problem with the carpet and the manager personally came to our home and explained that there was no problem and it turned out he was correct......we are very happy with Alexanians
One usually only gets what he pays for

We had been looking for a rug for our family room. We purchased a beautiful couch but no rug to match.

We were driving by this store on Dufferin and pulled over and went it. The person we dealt with was very good in showing us different samples, explaining and most importantly wasn't pushy.

He allowed us to take the rug and try it and if we didn't like, money back no questions asked. This was unique and we accepted. It was a prefect match.

I purchased really good quality carpet through the store. I lucked out because they were having a huge sale the day I went in. The install went fantastic. The stairs feel great and the job was done cleanly.

Beautiful selection of rugs online, and I was very pleased with the fact that the rug looked almost exactly as it did in the pictures on the website. Customer service was extremely helpful. I love my new rug!!

We used Alexanian (Erin Mills Prky location) to purchase our carpet for our new home. We completely redid the carpet upstairs and in our basement. The sales staff were excellent in helping us decide what carpet was best for our home - and gave us a great deal too.

The installers were on time and very friendly. It was a huge job and instead of taking an extra day they brough 2 additional guys the second day to get it all done for us.

Overall, we were very impressed!

Did a very excellent job on putting the flooring in. Top notch work and in the end it looked very good. Over the course of 3 days and through adversity Derek and the boys carried on in a professional manner and got the job done.

I bought the carpet from Mr. Johan at Alexanian Carpet Erin Mills with his recommendation. The carpet was very professionally installed & it really brings out the best of that space. Mr. Johan came after installation to inspect the whole job & answer any of our concerns which we had none. The staff at erin mills location is doing a great job.
We highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buy a carpet or a rug.
