A1 Air Conditioning & Heating

We have been using A1 Heating for 10 years and have been pleased every time. The servicemen are always ready to answer any questions we have and explain anything we were not sure of. We will continue to use A1 as long as need be (#28683).

A1 have performed annual preventive maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace since they installed them about eight years ago. The technicians have always been prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient every time. They were equally knowledgeable and efficient at the installation and were honest and candid when quoting for the installation. Have definitely never regretted selecting them .

Required a new furnace and humidifier in August 2014 after the Burlington Flood. A1 did a great installation job within only a few days and offered great service while in our home.
Our first cleaning and inspection was today and again, the service person (#61060) was courteous and efficient getting the work done.

Dispatch #61756. I had A1 install a new furnace in July 2015 and decided it was now time to test it before the weather gets really cold. Set the thermostat to heat, furnace came on and brought the house up to temperature then shut-off. However on the next call for heat the furnace did not light and the LED indicator started to flash red. I called service, left a message and John promptly responded. He advised he was in Toronto on a call and it would be a few hours before he got to my house. He arrived within his stated time frame, was polite, quickly found the problem and corrected it. He stayed for 45 minutes after the problem was corrected to ensure the furnace cycled properly. John also answered other questions I had about the furnaces operation. This was my first experience with A1 for service and I would highly recommend them and John for any service requirements.

We have been serviced by A1 for at least 10 years and have had only the best service and attention always. We appreciate the recommendations the service providers make as in when we need to change our filters. And it is so helpful that he carries the needed parts with him. If fact we did recommend A1 to my parents who signed up as well

We had our furnace installed by A1 13 years ago, and signed up for regular yearly inspection /maintenance protection plan.
