We had used two other furnace companies to service our 2 furnaces. The second company had to trouble shoot repairs several times and never identified the problem or found solutions. They suddenly closed down so we chose A1. That same problem was identified and solved in a 30 min visit plus a recommendation to for future parts and /or new furnaces. We were hooked. AC's were serviced and put under the Super care program which is great service insurance.. We were now happily 'caught'. After being patiently educated by Gord without a sales pitch, we changed 2 builder's models furnaces to new Daikons. They were professionally and quickly installed by Mike and young guy, with extra filters, and super care. Quality check up to come .... Now THIS is peace of mind Service....

A1 looked after our 1994 furnace for years and gave us great service. When the furnace needed replacing, we knew A1 would be the ones to put in a new one for us.
Scott came down and went through everything with us: different options of furnaces, prices etc.
The price seemed very reasonable, so we also bought from them a new Air Conditioner and a New Water heater to replace the rented one we were paying for again and again.
The new furnace is running very smoothly and I can't wait for next summer to try out the Air Conditioner.
We would recommend A1 to our friends and relatives.

Great even flow of service from the beginning to end!Everything was explained clearly from the costs to the installation including how the system works.The salesman was easy to deal with and not pushy and gave us what we needed nothing more!

The salesman was excellent in breaking down the logic to make the decision to replace my older furnace and water heater versus spending money to address some Red Tags I received. The installation team was very professional and friendly and the quality of the install and cleanup was top notch. A1 definitely deserves the right to use that name....they are A1

Props to Gord and fellow workers.....we've been dealing with A1 for the past 15 yrs and they have been always punctual and courteous and quite knowledgeable. We recently had our furnace replaced along with our new thermostat and we're very happy.

It is rare to have a company representative go over and above on a job. Casey, dispatch #63574 did just that for us. We needed a new heat exchanger & when he pulled the old one out he noticed other parts were "OK" and could last, but opted to get brand new ones (at no cost to us) and drive an hour to pick them up. His reasoning was that he felt it would be necessary later on anyway so may as well do it now. Again, he could have just "done his job" and left...

Our furnace was red tagged by our previous heating contractor. A1 installed a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaner within 2 day of purchase. Perry Richard and helper arrived early and completed a perfect installation before lunch time. We were very pleased with the whole process and happy to have heat again.
