Excellent response to original call and follow up, explaining options. Installers were tremendous. They had someone do a quality check afterwards and overall we were very pleased. Will be using this company for maintenance and dealing with any problems (hopefully none!)

AC was down in a week where temps were 30 plus. I called A1 and they serviced next day and new AC installed next day. Very professional from salesman to installers.

Old A/C unit failed. New unit installed quickly. It is working well. The installer identified a problem with the gas water heater ventilation system which was fixed by Reliance. All is now well.

#75924. I had my old a/c go on a Thursday night. After calling A1 on the Friday morning they had arranged to have a new a/c unit installed on the Saturday morning between 7-8am.
They arrived at 7:04. They were friendly, polite and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them!

After 27 years of service my Carrier home air conditioner died. Having purchased both this unit and a furnace from A1, I contacted them to discuss replacing the A/C unit. A salesman (Gord Burns) was at my home the same evening to discuss my options and arrange to have a new unit installed within 48 hours. Gord seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a larger unit that I needed.

Mike (lead installer) and Mike (supporting installer) were at my home at 7:00 am, today as promised to start the installation. The first thing I noticed (and to some this may seem trivial) was that they put down a cover "carpet" on all surfaces where there were rugs, to protect them (my rugs) from dirt. Once they had "protected the working area they worked quickly and efficiently for the next 3.5 hours removing the old equipment and installing the new Carrier unit. Once they had finished, they test the unit to ensure it was working properly, tweaked one or two minor thing and then explained the key features of the new system, answered all of my questions. Before they left they made sure the areas where they had worked (inside and out) were cleaned and free of any debris.

The 2 Mike's were extremely courteous, pleasant to deal with and seemed to thoroughly know exactly what they were doing. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them.

I have been with A1 for about 30 years.When the AC needed replacing but I decided to do both.After I did a little comparison shopping I still decided to stick with A1 because they have provided good service over the 30 years.
The installation went smoothly and Gerry was here to inspect today. Looks like I'm good for another 15 years.

Our A/C unit was not working, called A1 and Casey (spelling?) was here in about 40 minutes, he diagnosed the issue immediately and had it fixed in just a few minutes. There was a time delay function on the unit that was malfunctioning and redundant that he was able to bypass and get it working with no extra parts, and only billed us the $99+tax diagnostic fee.

This unit is probably around 20 years old and they could have attempted to gouge us for a new unit or unnecessary repair costs but he did it quickly and for the minimum fee. Thrilled to be getting more life out of this old thing and will absolutely be calling A1 for any future A/C work or eventual replacement.

On the hottest day of the year, our air conditioner broke down. They managed to schedule a repair and replace the broken part 5 hours after we made the call! What great service! Mike, our cheerful techician # 75484, was very quick to diagnose the problem and alleviate our fears....our 12 year old AC would be fine after his repair

We made the switch from oil to gas.. A1 Aircondtioning did a wonderful job. Fast, clean. Professional, and efficient. We are so pleased with the end result. It works great.
