Front Window Installation

We hired Brock Windows to install a large front window of our house. On the first attempted for some reason the wrong window was ordered but they immediately ordered the correct window and gave us a new installation date. The installers were fast and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Buyers beware! The company took my deposit of $400 and did not install the windows. After a year They still have not returned my money! No one answers the phone.

We requested a series of quotes before choosing Brock. Their salesman Steve was great to deal with, leaving us with good information to make our decision, minus the high pressure sales tactics of some. The installers came during the early weeks of the COVID 19 pandemic and did an amazing job at minimizing their time & contact indoors, maintaining recommended safety protocols. Their was minimal disruption & mess in our home. We love our new doors.

Excellent job from beginning to end! Great salesperson who was very knowledgeable, excellent installer, quality front door. I have had a few houses and many renovations and Brock was the best I dealt with in a very long time.

Brock Doors Will not reinstall Garden Door unless I pay $600

Garden doors installed 5 years ago , issues from the start. They had to come replace the right door, it was not installed properly . Have had numerous service men here to fix it over the last 5 years because the door fly's open if it is not locked . It would be OK for a while after service call but then start to fly open again.Brock now want to charge me $600 to reinstall to correct their mistake because they say its 5 years . Not fair at all I have to pay for their mistakes after paying $3000 for Garden doors.

We had a window made into sliding glass doors so we could access our backyard through a bedroom. Brock gave us a competitive quote, they were in contact with us during the covid closure and ensured they did everything safely during the install. It looks great and we are very happy.

We had used Brock in the past to get 5 windows and a patio door done and were very satisfied and pleased with their work. When the time came for more windows and a door to be replaced we made sure to include them in our calls for quotes.
My call to book a quote was smooth and friendly. They are more than willing to help with timelines and timetables.
Scott came by and was very personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products and what they could do for us. He even fine tuned one of our windows from a past Brock job.
Installation was a breeze. The crew arrived on time, readied the work space, were efficient and thorough, and cleaned up when done. They were personable, easy and willing to talk to and answer any questions we had.
We had one issue with a crank in the week prior but after sending a picture and an email to Brock, someone was dispatched to come out and tweak the problem, making it perfect.

We have a few older windows yet to be replaced and will be calling Brock again when the time comes! We've even referred friends looking for new windows to Brock, and will continue to do so.

We are repeat customers because the first door at our previous house turned out so well. The salesman Chris came to our house and explained options and pricing. He also met us at the store to look at the door samples. The door was installed during Covid19 and the installers followed all the needed procedures to insure everyone's safety. The door really modernized the house and we have got many compliments. We would not hesitate to use Brock Doors and Windows again.
