I switched to Swim Clean last summer, had a great experience in pool opening. This is a follow-up review to summarize the weekly maintenance and end of season closing. The guy in charge of weekly service is smart and well-organized. With more customers, he manages to get to my house on the agreed upon date most of the times. The closing experience is equally great. The owner Alex and his crew came on time as booked. With the proper training and onsite planning, they finished everything in about 2 hours. Every good experience for the first season and I will continue use this company for this season.

The service crew I used for quite few years have some health issue this Spring, so I need to find another company to do the opening and services. After two visits, the pool opening is done. I am very happy with their service crew's courtesy and efficiency. Young guys like Glib and Greg are well trained and followed a very effective procedure. The owner Alex communicates with no-BS and just the way I like and can appreciate. I can tell he sometimes over emphasize a bit on something to ensure the right expectation is in customer minds, which I totally understand as not every customer out there is as reasonable as I am (LOL). Last but not least, I had a great experience with Vadym during the 2nd visit. He took time to get one of the light cord out for me. During the whole process, he was positive, polite and never complained. His can-do attitude and customer-first mindset left me only the best experience! I would not continue my weekly service without this guy showing up! Good job Alex and his company!

Our group needs to furnish an appartment for a refugee family, with all the donated furnitures we ended up picking them up from 5 different locations. Throughout the entire moving, two gentlemen from Zaid's company were super polite, efficient and communicated well for those things that are worth double checking. I am extremely happy with their services and will use them again sometime in August when we find a permanent place for the refugee family

I moved into a resale house close to the end of August. We do a lot of ethnic cooking, but I am super sensitive to the cooking smells. My first priority is to replace the old less-powerful range hood. Finding a better model is easy, but retro-fit it into the drop-in custom island is difficult. First of all, Mr. Rescue Charlie was very upfront in terms of his availability. After knowing my situation and my busy schedule, he managed to squeeze me into his busy work schedule by coming in the early morning. For my little project, he came in three times. First one was a free estimate session, when he gave me some professional advice and the process that is required to get the job done. The second appointment was to take off the old unit. He took his time to make sure not only the old unit is taken off the drop-in structure, but also nothing else is damaged to minimize any potential re-work. By the third appointment, He successfully retro-fit the new unit I bought. Because it is a retro-fit, he also gave me some advice to get some custom stainless steel part to cover the exposed exhaust pipe. His service charge is reasonable, and his work quality is awesome. I am sure he has enough repeat customers to keep him busy, so I am grateful that he took extra effort to finish my project in time. Since the end of August, I had the urge to give a positive feedback to him on Homestars, where I found his information. Due to my business travel and settling into the new home, I just had the time to write this review today. Thank you Mr. Rescue, and thank you Homestars. I emailed Paul to schedule a duct cleaning before Aug.27th so I can move in to a cleaner house, but he was going to attend the technical conference until Aug.29. I decided to wait for him until Sep.2nd. Turned out this is the best decision I've made. It is not the first time I had done duct cleaning, so I can tell the difference when Paul is doing his job. I almost felt socially responsible to write this review so we can see more young man like Paul in the future. He spent 3-4 hours in my 1200 sq.ft 60-year old bungalow, registrer by registrer. I can clearly hear those half century old debris being sucked through the pipe. When the job is done, both my wife and I can feel the difference as we've lived in this house for a week. There is no more pet smell or the classic old house odor. Thank you Paul, a job well done
