My A/C was located under the deck, and was not easy to replace. The company relocated it to another place, did a good job for a reasonable price. Sorry I don't recall exact cost, so posting an approximation.

Good experience once again. Never need to wait, Dmitri and crew are always on time. Clean installation that required a bit of a creative thinking because of the position of the backwater valve. Dmitri was like surgeon, exploring where exactly drain pipe is and cutting precisely where needed. Paperwork was taken care of.

I have dealt with seven mold remediation companies before I found Limzak. Some were very good, but their prices were completely unaffordable, others were cheaper but casted some suspicions in my mind by the way they positioned their services. I am glad I selected this company. They quoted the most reasonable price, communicated well, but above all, they did an excellent job matching mortar colours on my house. There were several areas with different colours. I was paranoid about looks of my house because I could hardly find a house in the neighbourhood where new mortar would blend with old reasonably well. You can see every patch on most houses. So I have stressed this many times, and Dave from Red Robin Masonry was patient enough, and attentive to my concerns. Guys came on time, worked fast and did a great job. Joe is a master in his trade. Thanks, highly recommend.

I have heard a lot of sales pitches before I chose my furnace. This company's sales person was the most educational, non-pushy, and professional. He and his manager helped me to select the right model within the price range. They installed my furnace (came on time and left the place clean). They informed me of the manufacturer rebate that I was entitled to. Time passed; the rebate's deadline has in the past and I did not apply for it. Much to my surprise, half a year later I received a letter from Pinnacle, reminding of the rebate and containing all necessary forms. I have received my money back and I am very grateful to staff at Pinnacle for this outstanding customer care. My furnace works great; the whole experience, end to end, was great. I highly recommend this company.
