We did a lot of research before choosing this company. We watched them working on our street and were very impressed with what we saw and with the superlative recommendations of our neighbours. From designing our project, to helping us select the right stone, to meticulously doing the preparatory work, to the careful laying of each stone, Sal and his father, Charlie were there with us each step along the way. They are excellent craftsmen who truly take pride in their work. The quality of their work is outstanding and it was a real pleasure for us to work with such polite and respectful professionals. Jason and his cousin Manny have been doing our gardening and snow removal for many, many years. They are punctual, professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with. From spring to fall they arrive weekly and do a neat and careful job; cutting the grass and turning the soil. In the winter they come when it snows...often when it seems there isn't enough snow to worry about. We have absolutely no hesitation in referring them to our family and friends.

My experience with this company was first class from the time I placed the call until the work was completed. Adam and Terry were prompt, polite and experienced. They replaced roof shingles and inspected the roof and gave me a detailed account of the condition of the roof. I would not hesitate to use them again.

When they left, the floors were mopped clean and our heavy furniture put back correctly. They really did aim to please!

We were impressed with this company. The contractor, Will, called to say he'd be 15 minutes late and arrived as promised. He explained exactly what he would be doing before he started. He was very professional, very personable and very strong. He was able to move a heavy dining room buffet to get to the cold air return vent which was hidden behind it. He worked quickly, carefully and left our house clean. I strongly recommend this company.

We had three contractors come out to give us quotes to "Animal Proof" our roof as a preventative measure since there are many raccoons in our area. Troy was very professional and honest and did not try to sell us more than was necessary (which the other two companies tried to do). He took the time to explain the what and why of what he felt we needed. His work was speedy, neat and pleasing to the eye. He even spray painted the screen so it would match the soffit. As part of renovating our kitchen we decided to replace the existing patio door and windows. We obtained five estimates, four from companies on homestars. Galaxy was the lowest. Timing was important and the windows were delivered exactly on time. The installation was completed in one day and the installer was pleasant and cleaned everything to our satisfaction. The salesman Dimitri was wonderful to deal with and came to make sure the installation was being carried out properly. He also came back another day to answer some questions we had. We would certainly use Galaxy again and would recommend them to our friends.
