Randy, Scott, Kyle and team, and Richard did an excellent job in removing all popcorn ceilings and converting light fixtures to potlights throughout the house. They were efficient, friendly and courteous through the whole process.

I recommend the team.

I needed painting done in 2 bathrooms, the laundry closet, and a bedroom closet due to condo work that was done plus I had been meaning to get the bathrooms fully painted. However due to the condo work, I wanted the vanities moved so that painting could be done behind them as well. Condo rules state that I need a licensed plumber to move my vanities. This is where The Home Improvement Group really stood out as they were the only company that would get a licensed plumber to do this!! I also needed a few handyman things done.
Estimated 4 days. Took 4 days.
Scott and Kyle were the guys to do this job and they were great!! Kyle did most of the grunt work with fixing the drywall in the ensuite bathroom and also drywalling around the ceiling lint trap in the laundry closet, as well as the painting. It was nice having Kyle around as he has such a positive, happy attitude!! Scott was the man though ... my handyman and kept an eye on the project. He even saved me some money by slightly re-arranging the timing of the vanities with the plumber so that an extra plumber visit was not necessary! Scott also saw a couple of small things that he fixed for me which was not on my list but I'm glad he did because one of them (lint trap) made no sense in it's design as I could hardly open it. When I asked him about how I could painting over scuff marks or small areas, he gave me plenty of painting tips. Scott and Kyle are a great team!!! If I have future paint jobs, it would be great to have them back!!

Third project with THIG, this time to paint a very tall stairwell. Started on time, ended on time, great paint job. Always a pleasure working with them, Francine and Mary are super nice all the time!

I was initially highly satisfied with the work, unfortunately the patio steps and porch paint started to piece off and come apart after a 2 and a half week mark. The work was done in September and this happened at the end of September-start of November. so I dont believe weather was a factor. The painter mentioned this coat was good for 3 years. It has failed to reach 3 weeks without deteriorating. We also dont have the same paint can that we were billed for to retouch it up ourselves. Patio not big enough for a full tin. cant recommend the outdoor painting of home improvement group. pricey job just for us to be back to where we started in a matter of weeks.

I am so impressed with the professional work and great customer service I experienced with TGIH. We had 2 bi-fold closet doors which we thought required replacement. Les came out to look at them and advised that while one set needed replacing, the other set could be repaired and re-hung. The job was completed by Scott & his crew so professionally, quickly, and cleanly that we were stunned. We are so happy with the results. Kudos to THIG! We will definitely recommend this company and use them again if necessary.

Les gave me sound advice which I followed. The work was done well and in good time. All in all a first class organization.

Dexter helped me drill some holes into the concrete ceiling for securing a coat rack, reseated my kitchen sink, and fixed the stripped screws in my entrance door. He was prompt and professional, and so was Merry who coordinated everything. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Unlike some other companies that quoted, Klaudio recommended the right material for the carpentry work that needed to be done and did a very neat and clean job painting. They showed up when they said they would, and ensured that we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire again!

Both the deck and the dock by the river were in need of repainting/refinishing. The painter carefully power washed all the surfaces that needed painting. He also made sure he protected any surfaces by using masking tape or covers to about spilling. He proceeded to meticulously paint in between floor boards and painted the entire area at least twice.
Dexter was very courteous and professional and I can highly recommend Perfect Painter for any type of painting job.
