I had a very good experience. We replaced the entire windows in a new house we just purchased. I intereviewed 3 companies and decided to go with Canadian Choice Windows for a few reasons. First they had great homestar reviews (that got them in the door), Second, our sales person Phil was excellent. He was very methodical and did a very good job explaining about his company and product. He also told us about the Ontario rebates program in which the governement would rebate $5000 towards new Windows and that he/his company would do all the work to apply and make sure we got the rebate (Which they did). Once we signed, Phil explained the entire process and as he described what would happen it did. There was various people that showed up, first the guy who measures them all, then the installers. Every single person from this company was excellent to deal with, and fast. The windows look great and I have no hesitation recommending this company. It's just a first rate operation.

Highly recommend. Great selection. Found a very unique modern style different from others. Pricing was fair and Murray did an awesome job installing. Definitely knows what he's doing. Would highly recommend.

Did an excellent job, affordable. Jimmy was good to deal with, didn't try to oversell us on lights, in fact sold us less than we thought and suggested we look at them and if we felt we needed more they would come back, which we did later, asking for 3 more. The installer Brennan was awesome and definitely a pro. Good people and company to deal with.

I can't say enough good things, Derek and his team did an amazing job. The quality of the deck is first rate, even mitered corners and they did it quickly, in and out in 2.5 days. We were really happy with the privacy screen. We gave Derek a photo from the internet of what we wanted and he not only built it but added some other touches that made it even better. They even hung some swinging hammock chairs for us. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality deck at a fair price who doesn't want any hassles. These guys are pros.

First off, I highly, highly recommend Alpha Locksmith. The back story is I had Bryce come to change our door handles front and garage door. We had just moved into a house 15 years old and it turns out the builder didn't put the holes in the doors in the right spots and changing our door handles was not easy because of the builders ​mistakes. What should have been a relatively straight forwar​d job became much more. I was really impressed how Bryce worked through all the problems. Frankly, I'm not sure if there would be many others that could. There was a lot of work he had to do to make it right. He was persistent. At the end of the day he did a great job, he's definitely quality orientated and really cares about doing a great job. I definitely will be recommending him to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things or give enough props to Jerry and his team. We moved into a new house a month ago and the stairs were twisted and unsafe. I called Jerry. It became obvious they were unfixable and new ones had to be put in. In less than 2 weeks Jerry had the stairs built and installed. It turns out not only was the old stairs twisted, the original builder didn't even secure them with screws. It was just by the grace of God that they fall and someone severely hurt themselves. Within one hour of Jerry and his team arriving they old stairs were removed and the new ones installed. For the first time since we moved in could we actually walk down the stairs without bracing ourselves by touching both walls as we walked down them. The stairs Jerry installed are so solid and I can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship. I'm a very fussy individual and don't easily give compliments. Now I can hardly wait for Jerry to return to remove the carpet and put oak caps and new pickets on our upstairs. I no doubt they are going to look spectacular. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Stairs4U. Great quality, craftsmanship and customer service.

I had just moved to a new house and my old entertainment system was literally a big ball of wires, etc. Arfin came and was able to get it all hooked up. I also had a harmony remote that never worked properly because it was never programmed correctly. He reprogrammed it and it works great. Very knowledgeable, great quality of work, very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Called office. Can tell it was a big company. I moved into a new house and had 2 contractors come by and tell me the installation was wrongly done. The cold air intake wasn't vented to the outside. I just wanted to ask them if they did it wrong, I took a picture and was told that if I was to get someone out to look at it, it was like $137. I thought that's crazy if they did it wrong and told them. I said, can't I just send a picture? The telemarketing center person said she doesn't know about furnaces but it looks like it's been checked 2 times and if there was an issue it would have been mentioned. She told me no one could look at it internally with a picture and if I wanted someone to come by it's $137. I called another contractor, he came by and looked at it for free, also said it was wrong and I hired him to fix it. Maybe service of changing air filters by this company is good, but doing it right the first time or trying to sincerly help a customer and recognize their errors is not. If I was a customer I'd check to see if they vented YOUR cold intake to the outside. Basically, the attitude I got was they were too big to care.

Repainted our cabinets. Great job. First rate service, proactive, prompt, great follow up. We were selling our house, so updated cabinets to white. Our Realestate was so impressed she’s now recommending them.
