Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows were recommended to me by a friend who has a contracting business. He and his partner only recommend Supreme Windows to their clients. I liked that Supreme makes the windows themselves and has their own installation crew. Karl was prompt, courteous and took a great deal of time to go over all our options for our windows. There were several challenges involved with replacing what was already there and getting a uniform look due to some 'creative' renovations past homeowners had done. Karl was able to figure out to get the look we wanted and guided us through the selection process. Price-wise, we felt that Supreme was competitive with other quotes that we received. The two installers that worked on our house, Kevin and Greg, were absolutely fantastic! They made the installation process so much easier than I thought it would be, even working around my son's nap schedule. They were extremely courteous, professional, clean and did excellent work. When some electrical issues cropped up during the installation (more creative home renovation), they arranged to have an electrician come and fix the problem for us within a few hours. Although Karl later told me that the installers rated our house a '14 out of 10' for difficulty, I never would have known it unless he told me. There was never any complaints. The windows themselves are fantastic. In summary, we are extremely happy with the windows and the service we got from Karl, Kevin and Greg. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace some or all of their windows. I've already passed on Karl's contact information to a few friends and neighbors.

This is the second job that Colin has done for us. The first was to replace the hot water heater in our house last year. This time he replaced our garburator. He is professional, friendly and gives excellent service. Both times he was able to complete the job quickly and I found his prices to be very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Wallace & Fleming were professional and very easy to work with. Minor concerns we had with sub-contractors were dealt with quickly and very satisfactorily. We were extremely happy with how the renovation turned out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
