Service was impeccable. Problem identified at 7pm sunday evening and new pump ordered and installed at 10am monday. Makeshift runoff was set up for us to capture water overnight. Your service team could not have been more professional, or helpful, which is why we have been relying on Atlas for all of our heating and cooling needs for the past 20 years.

Our experience with this company was good, in large part because of Alex Polak. Original attempts to speak with sales reps were frustrating, but Alex was extremely reliable once I connected with him. Product selection was good. First delivery failed as product arrived damaged in original packing. Not delivery guys fault, but frustrating. We rescheduled and second freezer was damaged, again in original packing, but only a very small dent and we accepted product as it was. Delivery team very attentive and helpful. Freezers seem to be hard to find so we were happy to have one at all and they removed our old freezer for a small fee. I would use this company again.

This company is knowledgeable, attentive, and did a fairly large job very quickly, including new eaves troughs. Jason was available throughout by phone to answer any questions that I had, and the workers on site were pleasant and helpful. Clean up was excellent for the roofing, but I was disappointed to see that they did not use tarps when the eaves troughs were replaced. It would have made better sense. I would definitely call this company again.

This service was faultless...quick service to assess...appointment within a week to build new door, custom fit......work done within a few hours....perfect cleanup. Electronic door opener had been replaced by them at an earlier date...same high level of efficiency.

John turned a tired old dining room set from the 60's into a contemporary treasure. Behind the wicker backed chairs and dated finish he could see the quality construction and 'good bones', and his knowledge of antique furniture gave us added confidence. The end result was a beautiful matte finished espresso table and 6 chairs re-made with upholstered backs and seats. The same big comfortable chairs that they'd always been, but now part of an amazing new dining room set. We could never have bought this kind of quality at these prices in todays market. This isn't the first work that John Dudys has done for us, and it certainly won't be the last!

This company responded immediately to a problem with holes made by raccoons. They repaired the damage on the spot and at my request, provided digital pictures of the dismal state of my elderly parents' large roof area. There was no pressure to do the work this year. Taking advantage of the extended fall weather, we went ahead anyway and were delighted by the co-operative and timely manner in which the work was completed. On time, in the two days quoted, with an immaculate clean-up. It simply doesn't get any better.

In the last 5 years, we've replaced two large windows in our home, including a living room bay window that had experienced serious water damage. Ridley did a fine job of rebuilding and installing, making themselves available to our very short time line.When we decided to change the colour of the frame a few years later, they outdid themselves by delivering a skilled painter! When we added on to our cottage, they arranged for delivery of several large windows to the rural work site, again within a specific time frame. They are a pleasure to deal with and the product is one of the finest on the market.We'd never go anywhere else.
