Our experience with this company was good, in large part because of Alex Polak. Original attempts to speak with sales reps were frustrating, but Alex was extremely reliable once I connected with him. Product selection was good. First delivery failed as product arrived damaged in original packing. Not delivery guys fault, but frustrating. We rescheduled and second freezer was damaged, again in original packing, but only a very small dent and we accepted product as it was. Delivery team very attentive and helpful. Freezers seem to be hard to find so we were happy to have one at all and they removed our old freezer for a small fee. I would use this company again.
