Scott was great to work with, he made a quick diagnosis of the problem (squirrels in the roof) and had everything available to start the eviction process. He installed a one-way door and once everyone had left upgraded/replaced the mesh with black aluminum to prevent further visitors. Scott was clearly an expert and really easy to work with. Great value for service offered as well. We highly recommend!

It was discovered that a roof vent had been ripped off by racoons who made a home in my attic while I was away from my home and unable to access it. Given the urgency of the situation I needed to coordinate the repair and remediation remotely. Scott was very understanding of my situation and sprung into immediate action to help me coordinate the work. I could not be anymore satisfied with how the work was undertaken and delivered. Woke up early one morning with scratching noises on my ceiling. Messaged scott and he replied promptly. Came over the same morning and checked the roof. Found a possible entry point but a second exam showed it was blocked. Found a possible source of noise (squirrel had stowed a nut on the downspout). Just charged me for the visit and suggested I call him if the noise persisted.

I have had the pleasure of working with Scott before to resolve a squirrel issue in my house, so I already knew how responsive, competent and courteous he was. With a hood sense of humour as a bonus. Consequently I had no hesitation in calling him again to check out a possible problem with raccoons on my roof. As before, he came quickly and confirmed that the raccoons were not living there, though they were happily digging holes in the roof. I highly recommend him and his team for any wildlife issues that may crop up.

Scott was quick to respond to my call for quotes online. Luck was on our side as he was in the area and was able to arrive within the hour! We discovered we had a squirrel stuck in the chimney flue, sitting right on the damper. Scott took the time to assess the situation and got right to work. He was professional, courteous and very experienced in handling the situation. He was also gentle and concerned for the squirrel's well being, which was my main concern. He tried to get the squirrel out from the fireplace but when that didn't work, he lowered a rope down the chimney flue and within minutes the squirrel climbed up and out. Scott attached netting to the chimney to prevent this from happening again. Thanks so much for the quick and efficient service!

Liddle Rascals were able to come quickly and solve a problem with raccoons living on my roof, under a deck. Very humane approach. Wonderful person to deal with.

We had a family of racoons that had been living under our deck for an extended period of time. When we finally reached out, Scott responded promptly and him and his team installed a wired mesh around the openings to our backyard deck and evicted our unwanted guests. Scott was professional, did an excellent job and even followed up once the job was complete. Cannot recommend him and his team enough. Wish we had reached out sooner.

Scott came to our place to remove family of racoons from our back addition. He took his time to examine the structure to see if there were other places where they could get back in the future, installed wire mesh and installed a one way door. He came back to see if they were gone, and did an incredible job - and answered all of our questions. Most of all, we appreciate his honesty, as we were quoted $1250 - $2500 for the same job! Hopefully the racoons never come back, but if we have any problems in the future we will definitely get in touch with Scott.

The Liddle Rascal team was super fast and efficient removing the mother raccoon and her babies within a trailer at our workplace.

Steve was very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with a mother racoon and babies that had moved into a crawl space under our house. He sealed all potential openings to that area, got mother out, and then took the babies out and put them in a plastic bin which was left just outside the space where the racoons were; eventually mother racoon returned and took the three babies away one at a time to an alternate location. Steve was great to work with - very friendly and completed the job I needed done in an efficient manner for a fair price.
