This company is a horrible. During booking they tell you that they will charge only $80 for technician to come over and diagnose the problem and after that they will tell you what is wrong with it. When Technician comes, he told me that he will service 3 areas of washing machine and everything will be fine. He was on phone for 5 minutes and didn't do much (opened 2 screws, looked around and that's it). After 5 minutes he told me that my circuit board is broken and it will cost me $700. In 5 minutes, he just charged me $350 for nothing. When I reported this on Customer care, they told me that they have been given a script to say this during the booking. So clearly, its a trick they are doing over the years.

I was called by customer care and given 2 months free protection plan. I called back before starting the plan and asked them to cancel and it took 4-5 hops to reach out to person who can answer. They responded back nothing will be charged and you can cancel after 2 months. I got a bill now with the charges and again I had to call back for enquiry. I was told that first it will be debited and then it will be credited in next 2-3 billing cycles. Not sure what part of it was free then? And when I asked questions I was passed to different peoples which wasted a lot of my time with customer care team. Will not try any promotional offer again with them.

I called ARS for dishwasher leakage. I told them the problem as well that drainage pipe is broken. The guy came and was complaining about the hole for drainage pipe that it is not at right place. I asked him whether he can fix the issue but he said he can't do it (even though it was a small task). When he tried to close the valve, the valve started leaking and he could not even fix the valve. I had to call plumber at the same time in emergency so that whatever he is fixing I can at least check the dishwasher fix. Plumber was very helpful and did all the work perfectly. I paid ARS guy $200 just to change the pipe nothing else where he gave me so much trouble. I am giving rating of 1 because they do LG appliance which others doesn't do.
