Problem with the customer care
I was called by customer care and given 2 months free protection plan. I called back before starting the plan and asked them to cancel and it took 4-5 hops to reach out to person who can answer. They responded back nothing will be charged and you can cancel after 2 months.
I got a bill now with the charges and again I had to call back for enquiry. I was told that first it will be debited and then it will be credited in next 2-3 billing cycles. Not sure what part of it was free then? And when I asked questions I was passed to different peoples which wasted a lot of my time with customer care team.
Will not try any promotional offer again with them.
