Boris came the same day evening and walked me through every little details, including what kind of furnace and AC system is the best option based on my family needs. A week after I have my entire HVAC system replaced, thanks to the fantastic job performed by Kam and his assistant. They did an extremely professional job and kept the place very clean (even cleaner than it had been). Over the entire installation process I kept asking questions that came to my mind and Kam made sure he provided all the answers to my satisfaction. Kam even went further to give me some useful tips, such as always leave the fan on to maintain a more balanced temperature across the entire house. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by Cozy World, from the initial sales consultation, to the installation process, and to the post-installation follow up.
