I recently had Emerson and his crew at Dradco replace my fence. I had originally reached out for quotes on HomeStars last year but I wasnt able to get the job completed last year. Dradco was one of the companies that sent a quote and it was a very detailed quote with all costs laid out. I decided to reach out again this year, Emerson got back to me quickly and he revised his quote with a lower price as the cost of lumber had gone down since last year. One of the other companies I reached out to last year told me that there would be no charge in the quote, and the quote they gave me was very vague with only a cost per linear foot and cost for gates. I had to coordinate with my neighbours to reach an agreement on the fence replacement costs, design and timeline. Emersons quote was in the middle price range of the 4 quotes that I received and he was able to start the job within a week. The fence looks great, its much more sturdy and substantial than our old fence as Emerson used 6x6 posts. I really like the detail at the top which gives the fence some extra height. Emerson gave us options for gate styles and even accommodated my last minute request for a X pattern instead of a Z pattern to match my garage doors. Emerson has been very responsive with answering any questions I had before, during and even after the fence was complete, and he is always very quick to respond. Overall, Im very happy with the fence. I have added before and after pictures to show the transformation. Its incredible.

We had Len come to our house a few weeks ago to give us a quote for a new furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner and humidifier. Len looked at our existing system (which was about 23 years old) and made recommendations for a new system. He explained why he chose everything and how it would work. He also gave us several options to choose from in our quote, while informing us about which of the options he felt would be best. Over the following weeks while we were making our decision, Len answered all of our questions and was always very quick to answer. We sought several quotes and Lens was not the cheapest but his quote was the most thorough and his answers made us feel the most comfortable. Len told us that the installation would take most of the day and may require more time the next day. He was also able to give us an installation appointment for the week after we decided to go with Tempasure. We received reminders the week before installation about what would happen, when the equipment would be delivered and who would be installing the system. The equipment was delivered early on installation day, and Harnoor and his assistant arrived in the morning to install the system, early within the arrival time window. Harnoor and his assistant were very professional, courteous and happy to explain what they were doing as well as answer any questions. They worked very hard, maintained a clean work area and when they left, aside from the new equipment, we couldnt even tell they had been there. Harnoor explained how the system would work differently from our old system and he installed and walked us through setup of an Ecobee thermostat which we provided. Harnoor and his assistant were able to get everything installed in one day and they did an excellent job. Overall we are very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Tempasure for your HVAC needs.

We contacted two roofing companies to quote on our roof. The first company did not even take the time to visit our home with samples and to discuss the project, they just sent a quote. Krista at Mint Roofing Limited came to our house, measured, inspected the roof, discussed our options for shingles, showed us samples, showed us the underlayment as well as ice and water shield. She also informed us about how they would be changing venting and flashing with new correctly sized/type vents. I told Krista that I had gotten one other quote and when she finished with our quote, I showed the other higher priced quote to her to be sure that I was comparing fairly. Krista's quote was lower for the same roofing work but her quote also included caulking some leaks in the eavestroughs. We agreed right away to go with Mint Roofing because of the time that Krista took with us to explain what would be done and because, Mint Roofing was going to do a complete and thorough job, unlike many neighbors have had done. Price was not the deciding factor for us, we wanted our roof done properly. When David and his crew came to replace the shingles, they were amazing also. They tarped all around the house to catch debris while removing all of the old shingles. They even put up boards to protect our doors and windows. They all wore safety harnesses which is a huge relief because we wanted a safe job site also. At the end of the first day, they cleaned up all the debris, swept up and even used a magnetic broom to make sure there were no nails around the property. At the end of the second day, when the job was completed, they cleaned up and even used a leaf blower to make sure any debris was removed. When David and his crew left our house, it looked as though nobody had even been there, only we now have a beautiful new roof. Throughout the two days, David answered any questions we had and he pointed out differences in the way that our roofing was being installed versus other roofs in the area. We could clearly see the differences. The GAF Timberline HD shingles used are beautiful. You can see the difference between our shingles and those of our neighbors. Ours look much thicker and there is a great deal more detail on the shingles. The Pewter colour is a perfect compliment to our home. Our roof was completely covered in underlayment with ice and water shield which most homes in our area do not have. We have no doubt that these shingles will last for many decades to come. We would not hesitate to use Mint Roofing for any future needs we have and we will highly recommend them to absolutely everyone.

I could not be happier with the service from Pro Appliance. I quickly got an appointment, then on the day of the appointment, I got a phone call from the service technician to inform me he would arrive within 20-30 minutes. He looked at my stove, took me to my breaker panel to try to shut of the stove breaker and turn it back on to reset the stove hoping that would solve the problem; lucky for me, problem solved! Otherwise it would have been an expensive repair. I am absolutely certain that many other companies would not have been so honest and would have replaced parts unnecessarily. I am thrilled with Pro Appliance and have put their fridge magnet right on the front of my fridge for future appliance repair needs. I was also told that they sell appliances too so, if a repair was too costly, I can buy a new appliance from them too. Don't hesitate to trust Pro Appliance for your repair needs.
