I was very happy with this company, they explained the different types of windows available and what was recommended plus the new door we replaced in our kitchen that goes out to our porch is great with double lock plus allows more sunlight into kitchen, installers were very professional, and friendly. We got good quality windows and a door. Great job, highly recommended John P

The other a friend of mine said his basement was leaking and if I knew any body that could do a great job. So I gave them a name of Umbrella Waterproofing that I used in January of 2014 just after that ice storm we had in Ontario. My house is 58 years old and I started getting water in my basement, It was the original foundation that needed to be resealed. Vlad Bohdana came out with his helper and started digging all around down to foundation. He was very friendly and explained the process to us. After trench was dug they put some coating on wall to seal bricks then after a rubberized sheet all around for extra protection, then filled in hole. Because it was January and ground was frozen. I had to wait till may to reinstall patio walkway in front of house, which they did and was good as new. I was very happy with work they did and was give a 25 year warranty on work. This company was contracted thru Home Depot, I had Richard come out to give us a quote on renovating my basement Kitchen and Bathroom. As I rent my basement apt, and last tenant left it in a mess. He explained the process and said it would take about 3-4 weeks to complete. He came with his helpers were friendly and advised us on materials we would need with measurements for kitchen and bathroom tiles, new kitchen cupboards, counter and sink bathroom sink and shower stall and toilet. I was impressed by their work and when i asked if he could touch up my stairs which was not included in price he did and did not charge extra, I was pleased with the work they did and would recommend company John P

I spoke to Katherine on phone end of March, about getting my bathroom redone and new kitchen floor. She sent out Chris to give me a price, that I thought was in my budget and was told would take 2-3 weeks to complete. The work was started on April 3rd. Chris came by with Tyler and started to tear down old bathroom, He and Tyler were very friendly. He brought samples of tiles to show us for bathroom and kitchen floor, also of paint colors for walls in both rooms. When it came time to start rebuilding, he went above and beyond putting it all back together. Showing me and correcting what previous mess was done by previous home owners. Chris and Tyler did all the drywall, insulation installing bathroom tub, sink and toilet, all baseboards and making sure floor and walls were level, he had a third helper Vince who installed the floor tiles, and did an amazing job. by the way Vince is 72 years old. The are the most friendly and professional company that I have ever used. Chris told me that he will not finish a job until it is done correctly, he will not take any shortcuts. And I saw that in his work and what a beautiful Bathroom I now have and great looking Kitchen floor. I give him a 11 out of ten and highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to renovate their home. and Thanks Katherine setting his up for me. John Patryluk

I was told that the duct cleaning specialist would arrive at my home between 1-3 pm, They arrives at 1:15 Paul Barret came in with a partner to assist him. They were friendly and explained the process in cleaning my Ducts. They took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged and not to create any extra dust in my home. They showed me before and after pictures of my air ducts, and what a difference, it made, as I had not done them for ten years prior. I highly recommend their service, as they are very professional and do and excellent job. And will definitely use them again in the future, and not leave so long as before.
