Peter was referred to us by friends and from our first video meeting, I was confident that he was the most knowledgeable architect we had met with. He was eager to share the many insights he had amassed over the years which helped us feel even more comfortable that he was 'the real deal.' Over the months, his expertise shone through and every single conversation with him was strategic and thorough. The design evolved over time in response to our input and in the end, we were both sincerely impressed by the final iteration. He also guided us through a difficult CoA process with confidence and expertise. Peter was brutally honest (a quality I strongly admired!) and straightforward in his approach. He was not the cheapest option nor was that what we wanted. His design was impeccable with a high level of detail - specifically the areas 'behind the walls' (ie. structural and HVAC design/implementation) and for that we are so so happy. I would recommend Lattag Studio Inc. to anyone looking for attention to detail and an honest, hard working architect. If you need to be wined and dined with flashy brand names....keep scrolling :)

Asphalt Care was courteous to deal with and quick to respond to us. After some initial phone-tag, Dave showed up bright and early one morning and did a very professional job. We are very satisfied.

Chico and his crew were stellar! We'd done our research, gotten 3 or 4 other quotes and it seemed each company said vitutally the exact same thing. We went with Chico based on a friend's recommendation and from the outset we could tell that we made the right decision. His crew was on time every day, friendly and courteous both to us as well as our neighbors (more important!) and everyone took the time to explain to us each part of the process. The work was done professionally, the cost was managed effectively, the crew cleaned up every day and we know that we made the right decision. I would and will recommend Chico and his crew to all of my friends and family!

Viktoria was prompt to respond to my request and their rates were very reasonable. More importantly, they packed my belongings carefully and thoroughly. While moving, everything was shrink wrapped and they were incredibly responsible in not damaging my things or the building I moved from. When I did have an issue, Rocky clearly explained that Viktoria's motto puts the customer first and they addressed my concern quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with their work and would most definitely recommend them!
