All Star Chem Dry

Mark was punctual - did an amazing job of cleaning our stairway that leads to 3 rental apartments. We have had them cleaned previously and never had the results that Mark managed to get. I am so pleased. I will highly recommend Mark. 10/10.

Mark was very punctual arriving and was careful setting up his equipment, making sure to protect our floors from his machine. Our stairs were very soiled with dirt and stains so I was extremely pleased when he was finished cleaning, that all the stains were gone. Previous cleaners were unable to remove them all.

I phoned the company on the recommendation of a friend in my building. I am very glad that I did. The whole experience was excellent. When I spoke with Mark on the phone, he gave an estimate based on the size of my unit. When he arrived and did the measurements, it turned out that he was only 5 square feet off estimate. The whole process was very efficient. I was very pleased and it was unexpected that Mark moved all possible furniture and replaced it in the same spot after cleaning. The carpets looked amazing and even the coffee stains were removed. I would highly recommend this company and Mark.

I had raccoon urine on my outdoor sectional and Chem Dry came in and did a fantastic job!
They used a specific chemical, cleaned and sanitized our sectional and looks brand new.
So professional and detailed in their work. Will definitely be calling them back to now do our indoor upholstery and carpet cleaning as well.

Prior to moving, I called to get my area rug cleaned. Mark managed to fluff up those areas that were tamped down from continued use, and now the carpet looks like new. Even with weekly vacuuming, it was embarrassing to see how much ChemDry cleaning picked up. A huge plus is the odourless process.
Mark arrived precisely at the appointed time and left the apartment as though he was never there.except for the amazing restored carpet.

From the first time I was in contact with All Star Chem Dry, the service was excellent. They could not have been more attentive or responsive. The work Mark did in cleaning our carpets and stairs was simply excellent. We will definitely ask him to come back in a year for general cleaning and absolutely would not hesitate to recommend him. Carpet cleaners, you can go with A LOT of different cleaners, and you can get A LOT of different results AND PRICES! I've used All Star Chem Dry 3 times now and I will NEVER go to anyone else! I've used a lot of different cleaners, Sears among them. You'll NEVER find ANYONE BETTER than All Star Chem Dry! IN MY OPINION! They've absolutely PERFECTED their craft!

It took us a while to get our rescue dog's bathroom habits sorted. For urinary stains you have to pay extra for a treatment with a special solution . That being said, it's DEFINITELY worth every penny. I told the guy I used, Mark, was his name, that he had free rein over how much solution he used to remove the urine. He told me 2 batches might be needed but that he was aiming for using only 1. *saving me money in the long run. You really do get a sense that they're trying to do right by you. A feeling that is incredibly rare in ANY industry! As for the results, I've ALWAYS tipped him $100 because the results have never been short of amazing! I'm working class, not Middle class or for that matter well off. But, when someone so blatantly goes above and beyond, you have to be not just grateful, but generous too. My wife and I think Mark's a blessing and All Star Chem Dry is LIFESAVER!

The service from ChemDry was amazing! Mark was able to remove a stain on my linen headboard which other companies I called would not even take the job and said they couldnt remove it. He was confident the stain would come out when dried but even left me some product to try myself again. He also cleaned a wool rug which looked brand new again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Mark for the great service!!

Mark cleaned our very dirty carpets, and a sofa and two chairs. He was very pleasantly efficient and did an amazing job on carpets that I thought were beyond redemption. We are very very pleased with the results. And the furniture looks and smells great! Thanks - money well spent.

Mark arrived on time . He worked hard and competently removing all the dirt from the carpets and leaving them looking renewed and clean . He removed all the water from the carpets so that they dried quickly . Before he packed up his equipment he asked me if I was happy and satisfied with the results .
