James did an amazing job. The piano was free - it was old and in not great condition, but despite this, he babied it as if it were a $10,000 grand piano when he moved it into my home. He also is very knowledgeable about pianos. Great job!

Giant Carpet's Salesman Ian, was personable, professional and to the point. I had confidence in him from the start. He meansured the entire area and came up with a quote (that he stuck with) in a matter of minutes. They had much better product than the other flooring company we had looked at and quoted a very reasonably price. The flooring took a matter of hours to install and it looks stunning---single plank laminate that's so nice it could be mistaken for real hardwood! There was a bit of a hiccup with the timing of the carpet part of the job which happened at a later date, but in the end it got done very quickly and professionally. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the job.

At first I liked these guys. However, I had just bought this house, my wife was nine months pregnant, so the job needed to be done quick before we moved in. He was late by almost a week, and he promised a couple of small holes in each room but made a hell of a mess. A lot of our plaster was ripped up unnecessarily which resulted in much more repairs. He didn't wire the dishwasher and had to come back a week later. Since then, one outlet doesn't work. He never sent me my formal receipt, or labeled my fuses. He never removed the old wiring like he said he would. My lights outside simply don't work anymore. I called, and was promised follow-up in 4 weeks. It's been eight weeks. Sorry, but I'll use someone else next time.
