James did an amazing job. The piano was free - it was old and in not great condition, but despite this, he babied it as if it were a $10,000 grand piano when he moved it into my home. He also is very knowledgeable about pianos. Great job!

Sometimes piano is worth more than 1 Million because of the emotional attchment.
We have seen many clients who were crying when they had to donate or sell it because of downsizing or their childeren were fully grown up. Because of this, we have extra caution when doing our job. Thank you for your review!
