Ordered carpet for three rooms. Dissatisfied with initial installation because (i) carpet was wavy in one room, (ii) not cut straight in a closet, and (iii) tack heads up at all transition points. Installer said there was nothing they could do. Called office to discuss. Installer came back and was within 20 minutes able to correct waviness and tack heads. However, carpet being not cut straight still not resolved despite having lots of extra carpet. Previous carpet cut perfectly straight. No explanation for why this can't be done properly or done properly.

Plaster Repair, Drywall Repair, Painting, Ceiling repair
After last winter, our sixty year old house had significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceiling and one room required a new ceiling and two new walls. Lani and Artan did a fabulous job. After fixing the walls and ceilings they also painted the whole house. Lani and Artan have a fantastic eye for detail and did excellent work. They also stated and finished the job when they said they would and provided us with text and photo updates. They also cleaned up after so that settling in after was a a breeze. They also came back within two days of finishing to address a few small items. We would welcome working with them again.
Post Renovation / Spring Clean
We are really pleased with the recent post renovation - spring clean we had done. First, the meeting with Al helped us really focus on what needed to be done and what was fine as is. With respect to the cleaning, Lux's attention to detail was incredible - the appliances are spot free, windows are perfectly clean, dust has been removed from all the nooks and crannies of furntiure, scuff marks were removed. Also - Lux really made an effort to accomodate our (ever changing) renovation schedule. It was an awesome job.
