I found Moe on Homestars.com when I was just curious on the scope & price of a possible new 200 AMP electrical panel for our house, and I put my project for bidding/review for electrical contractors, nothing urgent. Moe was the only one to call me from this process, and he came to see our place 2 days after. I really liked him from the beginning, he explained all the things and the next day gave us a VERY detailed quote, we also asked him for a quote for a new flat stove install for a countertop. A few weeks later we decided to go with Moe, he gave us a lot of confidence and we wanted to do it professionally, authorized by ESA, etc. On the day of the installation they came very punctual and work very hard, our old 100 AMP panel was a mess and he found about 13 serious issues/violations that we did not know about. A few weeks later him & crew came to install the new cooking flat top, that was a bit of hard work as well, but finally they did it and it works very nice. After this job, the breakers do not trip as before, since a dedicated line was used. We are very happy with Moe and his company and have already referred him to some friends. We will continue to use his services.

We hired Aquamaster to do a interlock/paver job in my backyard. We hated what we had, due to a large tree, no grass was ever able to grow well, plus we had some ugly & dangerous patches of old concrete, our kid could not go there to play safely. This is is NOT the 1st time we use their services for plumbing, waterproofing and now paver installation. They started On Apr-26 and took about 8 days (2-3 days were raining), and they did an amazing job. The process turned harder as they were taking off the old layers of concrete, to our surprise and theirs, there were 3 old layers. They also had to remove a large dead tree trunk. Fedor, Yuri and crew were amazing, worked very hard and every day, they came so happy to this hard & tedious work. Everyday I would run to get this amazing crew some coffee and they were very grateful for that. Now I see they have started a job in a street close to my house, I am sure those neighbours will be happy as well. The results were amazing, now we are using our patio almost everyday, something that we could not do before. Thanks so much Aquamaster Team :)

I WENT TO THIS STORE LOOKING FOR A SMALL FRIDGE AS THE ONE I PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT A YEAR AGO DIED. AS I GOT IN, THERE WAS A SALESMAN, ASKED FOR ONE AND WE FOUND A 7.5 DANBY ON THEIR WEBSITE, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY, IT MAY HAVE TAKEN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, AND I NEEDED SOMETHING A.S.A.P. ASKED THIS GENTLEMAN IF HE COULD CALL WAREHOUSE OR DO SOMETHING, HE SAID HE COULD NOT. THEN, HE DISSAPEARED ON ME. I WAS FRUSTRATED, THEN ASKED ANOTHER SALES AGENT, HE ASKED ME WHICH ONE I WANTED, SAME STORY, ASKED HIM AGAIN, HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE I SAW A 3RD AGENT, HIS NAME WAS ANGELO MOTOULAS, AND ASKED HIM FOR HELP, HE WAS BUSY, SO HE TOLD ME TO GIVE HIM A MINUTE. CAME BACK TO HIM AND WAS WITH SOME CUSTOMERS, HE SAW ME ABOUT TO LEAVE AND TOLD HIM TO WAIT THAT HE WILL LOOK AFTER ME. FINALLY, I SAT DOWN WITH ANGELO, HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND IN 1 MINUTE, HE FOUND ME A CHEAPER COLOR WHITE UNITO OF THE SAME MODEL I WANTED, HE EVEN TOLD ME THEY COULD DELIVER IN 2 DAYS OR I COULD GO PICK IT UP AT THEIR ETOBICOKE LOCATION (DIXIE AND 401), THAT EASY !!! IN 2 MINUTES I HAD SECURED THE ORDER AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE FOR SAME WEEK THURSDAY. THE OTHER AGENTS COULD HAVE DONE THE SAME IF THEY WANTED OR KNEW, BUT THEY WERE JUST TOO BUSY, OR DID NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. LEFT STORE AND 10 MINUTES AFTER, ANGELO CALLED ME, BY SECURING THE ORDER FAST, SYSTEM FORGOT TO CHARGE DELIVERY CHARGE OF ABOUT $ 59.00 + HST, SO ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED, HE QUICKLY TOLD ME HE COULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND CHARGE IT ON MY CREDIT CAR OR I COULD JUST GO PICK IT UP MYSELF AND SAVE SOME $$$. PUT ADDRESS ON MY GPS & THEIR WAREHOUSE WAS 15 MNS AWAY, DROVE THEIR WITH MY FRIEND WHO WAS WITH ME AND PICKED IT UP VERY EASILY. SO EVEN WHEN ANGELO MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING, HE WAS READY TO FIX IT, AND HIS SUGGESTION TO PICK IT UP, MEANT ME HAVING MY FRIDGE AT MY HOUSE SAME MONDAY AFTERNOON INSTEAD OF THURSDAY & SAVE $ $ ON DELIVERY CHARGE. I SEE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS SOME BAD REVIEWS BY OTHER PEOPLE, BUT IS JUST WHO YOU GET, SOME SALES GUYS DO NOT CARE, NOT SURE WHY ? BUT ANGELO MADE MY DAY, AND I ENDED UP SPENDING ALMOST $ 500 WITH THIS COMPANY, (FIDGE ABOUT $ 351) BUT WENT WITH AN EXTRA 4 YEAR PARTS & LABOUR WARRANTY, SO MY FRIDGE IS NOW COVERED 5 YRS TOTAL. IF YOU GO TO C.A.S. @ DUFFLAW LOCATION, LOOK FOR ANGELO, HE IS POSITIVE, DOES NOT LOOK TIRED OR BORED & THINKS ABOUT HELPING THE CUSTOMER WHATEVER IT TAKES. Got Fedor to change toilet in my house, and did it fast and excellent. Not the first time I use Aqua Master, nor it will be the last. I have used them for waterproofing and other plumbing jobs and these guys are the best. Thanks a lot !!! Carlos Montoya.

Clera windows changed one big window in our living room, a smaller one on a bedroom upstairs and the smallest one in our bathroom. Roddy from Clera was the salesperson back in Jan/2012, he was very knowleadgeable and courteous. The drawback was that they were very busy and the installation was going to take place some time at end of Feb/2012 early Mar/2012. Finally in the 1st week of March, Sandro (the installer) came to change the windows, it was a lot of work since we went "brick to brick installation" Sandro came on a Friday (Mar/02/2012) morning and mananged to change the living room window and the bedroom one. He left the most complicated for the next day Sat. He did some really good job, including the trimming, cil and insulation of all windows. We will use Clera Windows again. Carlos and Pilar.

his is a late review for Brent at Classic Home Inspections. Brent did a home inspection for a 2nd home purchased around the Eglinton West /Caledonia Area. The inspecion took place on Oct/11/2012, Brent came very punctual and did a throughal home inspection with pictures and very organized and detailed notes. Thanks to him we found some stuff that we took back to the sellers and asked for a nice price reduction on the home. It was tthough negotiating with the sellers, but we even used some pictures took by Brent to prove our point. We finally got the house for the price we wanted. Avenue Insulation did a great job insulating a very big rom in my basement. Andy from Avenue insulation recommended us to leave 1 inch gap from the concrete wall when putting the 2 " X 4"s in order for the spray toam to get behind the wood. The crew came in and spray foam almost the whole room all joist ends,, once we came back home the next day (you have to vacate the house for 24 hrs) we instantly felt the difference in the room. Before it was a meat locker and the next day was not cold at all. Now we can use this room and the job could not have been better. Thanks Avenue Insulation !!! Carlos and Pilar.

The service provided by Waheed was excellent, he was very patient and explained how mice live, eat and reproduce. He put some traps and bait in the basement, main and a bit on the 2nd floor. After a few weeks (he came to the house on Jan/07/2012), we noticed the house quieter and so far we have not seen any mice running around. This is a late review. We hired Matt to do a shower relocation (for which tiles have to be taken out and put back), and installation of a new bathroom sinc. We found Matt to be very good at his job, and he came with help of his tile installer. He kept communication opened at all times, etc. The week that Matt did our job, he was about to tie the knot, therefore, we could see how stressed he was. Still, he managed to get the job done. Only suggestion would be for his guy tile to come a bit more prepared next time, we had to lend him a sponge and a bucket. We found Matt to be very trustworthy, we will call him for next jobs once they become available. Carlos.

WE HIRED DAVID TO DO A LARGE DUCTWORK PROJECT IN OUR UNHEATED HOME ADDITION (BASEMENT, 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR). THIS INCLUDED MAKING HOLES TO A DOUBLE BRICK FOUNDATION WALL TO GET DUCT OUT TO ADDITION FROM THE 1ST TIME HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE, HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE PRO'S AND CONS IN DETAIL, WE FELT HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF AS HE DID A DETAILED ASSESSMENT WITHOUT RUSHING (OTHER GUYS WERE THERE FOR JUST 10 MINUTES AND WANTED THE JOB RIGHT AWAY). HE GAVE US QUOTES ON THIS AND OTHER JOBS VIA E-MAIL A FEW DAYS LATER. WHAT WE LIKED ABOUT DAVID WAS HIS EXPERTISE AND HOW PROFESSIONAL THE PROCESS WENT, HE CONSULTED WITH US, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO FINISH THE JOB THAT HE HAD STARTED (WE KNEW THAT UPFRONT) HE CAME BACK IN 2 WEEKS (AS PROMISSED) AND FINISHED IT. HE STUCK TO HIS PRICE, NO SURPRISES, WHAT HE QUOTES YOU IS WHAT YOU PAY !!! DAVID'S PRICES ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE, BUT THIS CAN DO EVERYTHING. THE ONLY REASON THAT WE DID NOT HIRE HIM TO DO THE KITCHEN CABINET INSTALLATION, WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HOME DEPOT GIVES US A YEAR TO PAY. WE WILL DEFINETELY HIRE DAVID AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THANKS DAVID AND CREW. CARLOS AND PILAR.
