The service provided by Waheed was excellent, he was very patient and explained how mice live, eat and reproduce. He put some traps and bait in the basement, main and a bit on the 2nd floor.
After a few weeks (he came to the house on Jan/07/2012), we noticed the house quieter and so far we have not seen any mice running around. He gave us good advice on how to keep areas without food if they ever return.
We are happy with the service, hopefully everything stays mice free.
