I have been a loyal customer of AtlasCare for many years. Atlas alerted me that our existing air conditioner had exceeded its expected life by many years. Verifying this independently, I decided to replace the unit rather than wait for a breakdown. The installation constraints were unusual and I worked successfully with Atlas to select a specialized unit and an appropriate installation location. (We were lucky that the old unit lasted. It was supplied and installed by another company but not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. This came to my attention when we considered the replacement.) Atlas was responsive to the particular circumstances. The unit was professionally and efficiently installed. Atlas stands behind their work by including its own warranty beyond the manufacturer's. A central air conditioner is not a commodity plug-in appliance. Therefore it is important to select an experienced and qualified supplier/contractor who can properly advise on suitable products for the situation and install the product with care and expertise. There are many bad reviews of air conditioners generally and I suspect that dissatisfaction frequently arises due to unsatisfactory equipment choices and installation.

On a recommendation from friends, we have used Qualico on several occasions. They are pains-taking, professional, execute to a high standard and in a timely manner, not to mention personable. They are fair priced. They stand behind their work. They are careful about sourcing quality materials. Their workers convey this culture. They will not try to pass off work by if sub-contractor turns out to be unsatisfactory. They also seem prepared to take on smaller projects, often scorned by other contractors. They quickly and efficiently solved my problem with wifi coverage in my home, after I stewed over it for some time - figuring that my amateurish ideas would be expensive and involve a bunch of my time. I thought the price was very reasonable. I suspect that most people are frustrated with their home wifi coverage. Stop fussing and call SuperTech! I wish I had done so long ago.

We have used Christine's Touch Gardening for several years to maintain the plantings. They do an excellent job. They are reliable, well-mannered and flexible. We also rely on their advice as to planting choices. We think that their charges are reasonable.

I was very pleased. They were punctual and did a thorough job, despite the fact that removal is awkward on our property and requires quite a bit of manual shoveling. They also did the city sidewalk, which some contractors seem to ignore. Their price was very reasonable.

Submatic installed our irrigation system over twenty years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. I have found them responsive, reasonally priced and they do good work. When system alterations have been needed, they proposed effective and practical solutions.

Update to reviews below: My initial review was favourable and my update was unfavourable. Since then, my experience has been very good. They responded very quickly and effectively to a repair issue. At the same time, they identified an installation issue which I haven't notice. They quickly addressed this issue. They rectified my concerns about the initial transition billings. The contacts I have had with the company were professional and they are clearly proud of the company. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a new water heater. Buyers should note that the terms of the various suppliers vary considerably, especially in relation to the term of the commitment and the flexibility in a later change of supplier. I was satisfied with this company's terms. I previously wrote the review below. Since then, I have had a poor experience. They handled the transition with my former supplier was poorly handled by them (through no fault of my previous supplier). The transition should not have involved my participation and, in the end, I was overcharged about $75 and were unresponsive to my complaints, including a letter to the CEO. Based on this, I have revised my rating from 7 to 2. Original review: While their door-to-door sales strategy is quite aggressive, I found the terms reasonable and they were responsive to my concerns. Their approach is not quite as aggressive as a competitor that tried to sell me and their terms are better than the particular competitor's. The installation was done professionally.

Our replacement kitchen appliances required lengthy interior re-wiring from the electrical panel to the kitchen and upgrading the electrical service. The job required expertise to be planned in an efficient manner. The work was excellent, prompt, well-planned and reasonably priced. As a result of skill (and luck), there is no visible evidence of the work, inside or out. No patching or repainting was required.

They installed a Teledoorbell for me. I was very pleased with the attentiveness of both the installer and the owner. They were knowledgeable in dealing with a somewhat problematic site condition.
