We are existing clients from RCC. Back in 2020 we did external waterproof of our entire bungalow. We were very pleased with the service provided. We have another property that shows water penetration inside basement wall. We thought water was coming from outside. . RCC consultant insisted we should open the drywall to check if there were any pipes that were leaking. He was absolutely correct. No need to spend money on waterproofing, just needed a plumber and fix the drywall. Thank You RCC for avoiding unnecessary work and saving us thousands of dollars. We called RCC when we had water in the basement of our 70+ years old house. Since we dealt with RCC in another property a few years ago, we knew we were in good hands. They use excellent products and provide lifetime warranty. Joe contacted us quickly and provided a detailed written quote. He was extremely professional, courteous and honest. Joe was very responsive to all the questions we had. Bruno and his team did an amazing job in 3 days. Bruno was easy to talk to and his knowledge was notable. The team worked hard within the space around the property. Bruno was there to guide them. They protected the fence and floors and cleaned up everything. They even dug our tulips to be transplanted somewhere else. A sump pump with battery backup pump were also installed. We recommend RCC! They are professional, true to their word and most important: they do it right.

We hired Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to replace all windows in our house. We had an in-house appointment with Phil, who provided a very detailed explanation about the company and product we were interested in. Phil provided amazing service and he did not push us to buy on the spot, like other companies did. Phil also gave great suggestions such as using awning in the kitchen and frosted glass for the washrooms. He took measurements and window type details. Later on, the installer came by to confirm all the measurements and details. A few weeks later the installation team came and did a fantastic job in 2 days. In the end, they demonstrated how to operate the 2 different egress windows we selected for the basement. They also took all the garbage away and left a clean site. We are happy with our new windows and definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.
