After spending many weeks of going to different stores and pricing out various hot tubs my wife and I were getting tired (no sites have prices and many stores had hidden costs). Elliot is extremely knowledgable on the pros and cons of various hot tub makers. Elliot is prompt in communications and went out of his way to make himself available for discussions. Cozy world did our last homes furnace and I was so impressed when we bought a new place that needed the furnace and AC updated I did not hesitate to think who I would be calling. Boris came out to access our needs immediately. He was honest about what we needed and did not try to push the higher cost items. He explained the pros and cons of each. I made my choice and Kam came to install. Kam is a friendly, knowledgable guy who is very easy to talk to. He takes the time to stop what he is doing when you have questions about the unit. Some things do not change and it is great that Boris, Kam and the entire Cozy World team continue to put customers first. Fantastic. Moved into a new home, ducts were filthy. Called Paul who did our previous home. Cleaners were friendly, on time and provided good/honest advice regarding next cleaning and filters. I recommend Paul and the gang to anyone looking for duct services. They are great... don't bother looking any further.

We had contacted several companies. Some did not return calls, some did not show up for planned meetings. Mike was quick to return our call and showed up on time. Mike was very supportive of trying to cut costs suggesting things we could do on our own. Being very busy we eventually pawned more work on Mike and his team. The cost to do the added work was fair and done quickly so as to not stop progress. Mike was always available for a call or email and made efforts to have meetings that fit our schedule. The basement looks great and people notice. Well done boys. I would call Sonoma...it will be worth it.

I would highly recommend Paul and the Duct cleaning specialists. He worked around my schedule and was on time, finishing in a timely manner. Paul is an extremely honest guy. After the cleaning when the furnace was turned back on, there was a vibration. Paul took the time to try and diagnose the problem. After looking at it for a considerable amount of time he advised to call a heating and cooling specialist. He did not charge me for the hour or so looking at the furnace. I did as he suggested and the problem was diagnosed. The heating and cooling company could not say how/when the problem would have originated. I am not sure how this could have been due to the cleaning and neither could Paul. Paul wanted to pay for more than the invoice from the heating and cooling company due to the inconvenience on my end. Because I was not convinced the problem was due to the cleaning I suggested to pay for some of the invoice. Paul would not agree, wanting to pay at least the whole thing, which he did. The problem is fixed and the ducts are clean. I am very happy. Call Paul, you will not regret it.

Called Cozy World and they returned my message promptly. Boris came to house very quickly to provide estimate. Boris went beyond simply looking at furnace and provided advice about humidifier and AC unit. Boris was professional courteuos and friendly. Install done by Kam, another great guy. Work was done very quickly. Kam, as well as Boris, went beyond by taking extra time out of their schedules while I asked questions regarding duct work for future renovation project. A must call if you are doing a furnace!
