In a word... awesome. We received multiple quotes from other companies, but Wincan was the lowest quote. We liked the price but we were also very cautious because the comventional wisdom is that you shouldn't choose the lowest cost. We were not too optimistic at first but after visiting their factory, we felt comfortable enough to go with Wincan. Sales person (Justin) knew his stuff and very helpful in selecting the right type of window and door styles. The installers were also very professional. They showed up at 8 am every morning for 4 straight days and worked until dusk to get the job done right. i normally would not bother writing reviews but I am gladly doing it for Wincan. Quality, service, timeliness and price... all A+

Smooth like butter. This is how I would describe our experience from beginning to end. After over 20 years, our garage door finally had it. We decided to call Dodd's for a quote because I have seen their trucks around and knew they are one of more established companies around. The sales person showed up on time and gave us great information and showed us quality products. Our door was manufactured and ready to install in time that was promised (2 weeks), and deaing with the office to arrange the installation time was quick and simple. The installer came at the time promised and I had the pleasure to watch his work, which took over 3 hours. Even in a scorching heat (over 30 degrees and probably hotter in the garage), he didn't cut any corners. He even adjusted our door opener, which previous installer from a different company obviously messed up little on. After the installation, the installer pointed out few minor scratches on our black garage door (I wouldn't have noticed if he didn't mention it). It probably happened during transit. He made a note on our work order and told me someone from the office will fix it. A few days later, someone from the office came with couple of small bottles touch up paint. He spent 15-20 minutes touching up every little scratches on our door and left me with an extra bottle.
