I am very happy with Chris from Top to Bottom Renovations. I hired him to repair a patio that was built a year prior by another company and it was already falling apart. Chris replied to me quickly, explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote. he came when he said he would, kept me informed every step of the way and the price was what he quoted. The work was done very meticulously by Chris and his team and the results were better than I could have imagined. I felt very valued as a customer and I would definitely recommend Chris and his team! I look forward to having him back again for some new tasks. Thanks very much Chris!! Job well done!!

I hired Victor for a number of jobs around my house. He came very highly recommended by my parents who just used Victor for a bathroom renovation. I am so happy I found Victor. His work is so detailed and he is very meticulous in everything he does and as he has been doing this type of work for a long time, he is extremely knowledgeable. He worked with me and my budget to find a solution for everything and he explained the process every step of the way. I will only be using Victor going forward and I will be recommending him to anyone I know needing renos or any jobs done around the house.

I am so happy with the service I received from Rayan at Mint Duct Cleaning. I just bought a house so I have never had to do this before. Rayan showed up on time and was so helpful. He explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. He wanted to be 100% sure I didn't have any questions. He also helped me to figure out my furnace filter and they were so nice they even helped me to make a small repair to my dryer. Nothing was too much for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning services.

I put my request onto Homestars yesterday and Lui was at my house in just a few hours. He fixed my problem and his prices are very reasonable. He gives great advice and his service was courteous and professional. I will be using PT Irrigation going forward for all of my sprinkler needs. Communication was great and I knew exactly when Lui would arrive. This is how customer service should be. I am also happy because now that I have provided my email address, they will email me when it's time for maintenance or the start or end of season start up and shut down. That makes life much easier. I hired Total Home Comfort to replace my AC that wasn't blowing cold enough. My request was responded to promptly and they were out to my home the next day. The quickly identified the issue and gave me a number of options to solve the problem. They were very friendly and courteous and did not attempt to upsell me in any way. They truly care about their customers and their business and I will be calling them for all of my heating and cooling needs. I recommend Total Home Comfort 100%. They were amazing.

I called Maple Leaf Locksmiths when I needed to just change the cylinder in my front door lock. I got a call back immediately and they were at my home within an hour. They were friendly and professional and their price was amazing. $80 for 3 new keys and this incredible price was based on an emergency service. I would not hesitate to recommend Maple Leaf Locksmith!

I am so happy with the work Dion and his crew at Hudson tree service did for me. I had an 84 inch Norway Maple and a 36 inch Norway maple to come down and 2 baby Red Maples replanted in another location in my yard. Dion and his crew showed up when they said they would and gave me a very fair and competitive price. You can tell they are advanced climbers. They did a great job of the tree removal and I was kept informed at every step in the process. They also picked out the finest Red Maples in the nursery for me for my replacement trees and everything was done professionally and left neat and tidy as if they were never there. True professionalism at it's best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dion and his crew to anyone looking to have tree removal and replacting done. You will not be disappointed.

There is definitely not enough space for all the great things I have to say about Maximum General Contracting. I would give them a 20/10 if I could. I initially heard of Maximum General Contracting from my realtor/friend who told me he recommends them all the time and everyone he had recommended them to say they are the best!! Well.... they were right. I hired them to waterproof my extremely leaky basement and I am so happy with the work they did and I have to say that they are BY FAR the BEST trade company I have EVER dealt with!!! First off, this company is the real deal. They came for a quote when they said they would and they were able to show me so many things I didn't even know about my own house. They gave me a really good price and I let them know I had some time constraints and Jesse and John bent over backwards to accommodate me. They showed up every day on time and worked extremely hard all day long - most of the time, they didn't even stop for lunch. They work very meticulously and made sure every last detail was perfect. Every member of their crew is a perfectionist. They were so smart and knowledgeable and I was kept informed of every step of the process. I never had to wonder about anything. Jesse called me every day to keep me up to date on what they were doing that day, what was finished and what was up next. This is rare. You don't get customer service like this anymore. This company exemplifies customer service and it's so important with jobs this big to kept informed. The whole crew went above and beyond my expectations every single day that they were at my home and I knew I was in great hands. They looked out for my best interests every step of the way and this was very refreshing as I had dealt with a few shady contractors during my renovation process. They were also extremely careful with my home and treated it as if it were their own. When they left, my home looked just like it did before they started. They cleaned up behind themselves so carefully and even took time to help out another trade I had working in the backyard. They wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues with another trade. I can't tell you how much I appreciated all of this. Another huge added bonus is that the entire crew was so much fun!! Everyone was amazing and so hard working. They put in 110% effort everyday and worked tirelessly all day long. Like I said before, it's very difficult to find companies with these principles anymore. They showed up every day, they were on time every day, they gave me a great price, they worked exceptionally hard all day, they made sure it was perfect, they cleaned up and they kept me very well informed about everything going on. What more could you possibly ask for? This is why I say I have never been so happy with a trade company! They were a dream. Exactly how you would want a job of this magnitude to go. I will be highly recommending them to anybody and everybody who needs their services. They are the best in the business and I will be having them back to my home for other jobs now too. I am so happy I found them!! I am actually going to miss having them around (for now - as I will be hiring them for everything else I need to do). I am so happy with the service from Carlo at Cain Pest & wildlife control. I discovered I had carpenter ants and I immediately put the job onto Homestars. Carlo called me back quickly and was here within the hour. He is so knowledgeable and he taught me so much about ants. He was able to provide his service in under an hour and I haven't seen a single Ant since he left (I am thrilled about that!!). I would not hesitate to recommend Carlo and I know I will be calling him again for any pest control need that may arise. Thanks Carlo!!

I am so happy with the service I received from Komandor on the custom doors I ordered. The doors were reasonably priced, they came out when they said they would, they were professional and courteous and they worked hard. My doors were put on quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. I will be calling them again for all of my closet and door needs. They did a great job!

I am so happy with the service I received from Mr. Potlight. I initially called them on a Thursday and they came out 2 days later. They did the work in under 2 hours and there was NO mess. When they say no mess, they mean it. I didn't have to clean anything up after. The guys were great. They answered all of my questions and were courteous and professional. They made the whole process very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will definitely be calling them anytime I need potlights.
