Matt the carpenter was very pleasant , personable and his work was meticulous. We are looking forward to having them back to build another deck for us

Their customer service is terrible. I phoned to inquire about a particular model of BBQ and was told it was in stock. When I arrived it wasn't, only the more expensive version. The salesman blamed the "clerk" for this error. The "clerk", however, is the telephone representative ot the business.I was told that they would call me back within 48 hours to let me know of availabilty, that didn't happen. I called and ordered the model I wanted and confirmed the price. When the BBQ arrived it was $200.00 more than the website price, their explanation was that the website showed last year's model and they hadn't updated it yet. the staff even commented that it wasn't very professional.I would suggest you take your business elsewhere and avoid the aggravation
