We had an issue with a water well pooling water and leaking in through the window of our cold cellar. Contacted dryshield and they came out to give us an estimate promptly. The sales rep said the ground outside the cellar was waterlogged and he advised an external waterproofing would solve the problem (ie: dig up soil on the outside foundation of the cellar, replace weeping tiles and replace window well). In June, we paid the deposit and they sent a team of 5-6 men - they worked from 9am until about 7pm and fixed the job in one day. There were a few minor issues, but they dealt with the problems and made sure I was satisfied with their work. They sent their team back to the site a couple of times to take a look, and the owner came out as well to make sure everything was fine. They are quite fair and reasonable. I would recommend this company to repair a basement leak!

Based on other homestar reviews of this company, we asked them to clean the carpets in our recently puchased home before we moved in. We are very happy that we did, because their cost was reasonable, they were professional and efficient. They were even able to remove some old paint stains that were in the carpet as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

We had a pretty serious ant problem that would not go away using raid sprays or ant traps. They had worked their way under the door frames of the front door and the side door to our house. I ended up calling Pesticon and they came out that same day! They sprayed both doors, inside and outside and the ants have not come back since. Just keep in mind you (and pets) need to be out of the house for about 2 hours after the spraying to avoid the chemicals. Would definitely recommend this company for elimination of ant problems.

Boris and his team of installers are very knowledgable and experienced in this field. They were honest, able to accomodate our schedule, and very competitively priced. Installation of the furnace and A/C were done efficiently without a hitch. Boris even filled out the online rebate forms on our behalf the same day of installation, and he emailed and called to follow up to see if we were content with the work. I would most definitely recommend Cozy World for any furnace and A/C installation.
