Boris was honest and competitive. He told us what others wouldn't. His price was fair and his installers did a fantastic job. The house was left in good shape and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone looking for a furnace and AC. Thank you Boris.

Profesional, courteous, punctual and affordable. Brent made the home inspection process a breeze. He allowed both my wife and I to follow him around wile he educated us about our home. The house is quite a ways from Toronto, but Brent was more than happy to make the journey out of town to accommodate us. I would strongly recommend Classic Home Inspections to any one who is looking to purchase or sell their home.

Thank you Josh! I really appreciate the review. I am glad that you were happy with the inspection. Aurora/Newmarket is not far, I have gone much, much further than that! Josh, I feel that it is a home inspector’s duty to educate a person about the home. It only makes sense. I actually know many a home inspector who don't want people to follow them around. Maybe they fear someone may ask them a question that they don't know the answer to or aren’t watching what they are doing. To me, I think it is much more beneficial for the both of us when people shadow me. That way, people understand everything as to what is going on with the home.
