Thank you Josh! I really appreciate the review. I am glad that you were happy with the inspection. Aurora/Newmarket is not far, I have gone much, much further than that! Josh, I feel that it is a home inspector’s duty to educate a person about the home. It only makes sense. I actually know many a home inspector who don't want people to follow them around. Maybe they fear someone may ask them a question that they don't know the answer to or aren’t watching what they are doing. To me, I think it is much more beneficial for the both of us when people shadow me. That way, people understand everything as to what is going on with the home.
