Word of advice, don't let the installer leave unless the job is finished. The guys were missing a bunch of parts when the showed up, and even after a trip back to get them, they still didn't have all the weatherstripping they needed. After a month of emails and phone calls, I'm getting nowhere. It's a 60 second job to finish! Unbelievable. And they also split my roof truss (I didn't notice until after the fact), with a massive lag bolt, that probably needed a pilot hole. Just brutal service, and I'm still trying to get a response from them. Again, read your sign-off notice closely, and do a close inspection of their work. The have no respect for people's property, and left cut metal, screws and garbage all over the garage too. Will never recommend these guys. UPDATE: I eventually contacted the president, who quickly had someone back to finish the job. I shouldn't have to go through all these hoops. Although I'm appreciative that the president got the weatherstripping installed quickly, that simply doesn't erase the bad experience.

Just had a crew from Gitano Roofing replace the roof on our bungalow. Mike and the crew stripped and installed in about 7 hours and made sure all the bits and pieces of shingles where swept up. Roof looks great, but thats not why they are a 10/10. The process was effortless. Unlike other highly rated companies, a rep from Gitano had an information folder and quote in my mailbox a few days after i called. And the office was very responsive to a minor item immediately after the install. They may not be the cheapest quote you'll get, but the process and end result was a fair value exchange.
