I had windows put in 15 years ago with a lifetime warranty. I called the company but they had been sold to Vinylbilt and they came and fixed what was needed to be done. Especially very impressed with Jonathan the service technician who did all the work. He was very good at his job and very courteous and respectful, taking off his shoes before he evenentered the house.

The door was installed today and looks great. The installation was done very professionally and the installer, Richard, was excellent to deal with. However, the doors were ordered on October 1, 2019. It took way too long to be delivered. I would like to add, that the main reason I waited is because of the incredible sales rep I ended up dealing with, Christine.

The first repair service guy diagnosed the problem as soon as he took apart the dryer. Fortunately he brought both parts and it turned out it was the second part that was broken. He did an amazing job. He vacumed the whole inside of the machine and discovered that the element was partially broken. He placed the order for a new one which was completed by a different service guy. He also did a great job and my dryer works great.

My wife had to return 2 major items that we have had for a few years because they were worn and we never really were satisfied with them in the first place. I am speaking of a comforter for the bed and a set of expensive frying pans. They were returned and refunded (with a bill) with no questions asked (which is true to their policy). Therefore we were able to buy a better quality of both at the same store. They have a no questions asked lifetime return policy which just gives you a piece of mind in using it. I would recommend that if they have what you are looking for, it would be foolish to buy anywhere but Bed Bath and Beyond.

Mark from Ontario Downspout came to fix the aluminum capping around our garage door that was badly damaged. His work including the caulking was meticulous as are his "people skills." I will be hiring him to do our eaves and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to do this type of work. This is a company that I would highly recommend to deal with when you have any eaves or downspout related issues. Absolutely look no further than this company.

Dan was prompt everyday and his work was meticulous. He is a perfectionist in every way. He is clean, his prices are very reasonable and he doesn't mind doing little extras without nickle and diming you for every little thing.
