The first repair service guy diagnosed the problem as soon as he took apart the dryer. Fortunately he brought both parts and it turned out it was the second part that was broken. He did an amazing job. He vacumed the whole inside of the machine and discovered that the element was partially broken. He placed the order for a new one which was completed by a different service guy. He also did a great job and my dryer works great.
