I needed to get the deadbolt hole size enlarged on my front doors so that I could install the larger hardware that I purchased. They quoted me $80 for the visit to drill the holes. When Al arrived he noted some issues that we would have if we simply enlarged the holes. He presented us with some options and then developed an excellent solution that wasn't going to increase the cost. He completed the more complicated job and even had time to install the hardware for us. Came in right on quote!

I had Brian from Pedersen fence come out and set some fence posts for me so that I could build my own fence. I also had them quote me for the full job and they came in at a reasonable amount compared to some of the other quotes. I bought my own 6x6 posts and decorative gate insert and they set the posts for me and built and installed the gate. Great company that offers you a la carte services to keep your costs down and also at great rates. The posts were perfectly straight and the gate was beautifully crafted.

have a story to share about ‪#‎enercare‬ . I recently moved to a new home and called all of the utilities to transfer all of the billing over. I called enercare to see if my water heater was rented and needed to be transferred over. They said "There is no rental at your property and there never has been." The day after I moved in my water heater quit on me. I called Enercare and asked them "Are you sure it isn't a rental because it stopped working and I'd love for you to come fix it or replace it for free and I'll keep renting." They said "Nope for sure it's not ours but we can charge you for a service visit and tell you how much it would be to fix it." So they sent out a technician for $75 and told me it would cost $750 to fix. I said no thanks and bought my own tankless unit and had it installed by another company. Next month there is a charge from enercare for a rental water heater. I call them and they say "We have confirmed that there is NO rental unit at your property and this is just a mistake we'll get it sorted out." They eventually determine that the charge belongs to an address. So they call me back yesterday and tell me that there IS a rental water heater at my property and that I'm going to have to pay for it since it was removed. These guys have their heads so far up their asses I don't know how they're still in business. Don't deal with Enercare for ANYTHING!
