The main plumbing for our house needed replacing and this required jack hammering of the laundry room floor by the plumber. The job that was performed for this work was poor - the area was not level and the concrete patch was permitting water to enter. We located Level Master through an on-line search and Lucas came by for an assessment of our flooring issue. He provided us with a clear description and a fair quote for fixing the concrete. The floor now is amazing! Level Master did an outstanding job of fixing our floor, it looks like new. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a sofa set at the beginning of August 2010 & was told it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. A month later I received a call that it was being delivered the next day. On the day of delivery I was told it wasn't ready. Two weeks passed. I tried phoning the store during this time & no one answered. Finally I went in and spoke with the manager. He made a phone call and said it was coming the next day. When the sofa set arrive arrived it was not the sofa set I had ordered. I was then inundated with calls that my order would be 'rushed'. The prospect of a 'rush job' on a sofa set did not seem very good (quality anyone!), so I asked for a refund. Since then I have been given the run around by the manager and the sales people. Still waiting for the refund....
