I purchased a sofa set at the beginning of August 2010 & was told it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. A month later I received a call that it was being delivered the next day. On the day of delivery I was told it wasn't ready. Two weeks passed. I tried phoning the store during this time & no one answered. Finally I went in and spoke with the manager. He made a phone call and said it was coming the next day. When the sofa set arrive arrived it was not the sofa set I had ordered. I was then inundated with calls that my order would be 'rushed'. The prospect of a 'rush job' on a sofa set did not seem very good (quality anyone!), so I asked for a refund. Since then I have been given the run around by the manager and the sales people. Still waiting for the refund....
