I recommend looking elsewhere for your lawn care service. I signed up last year under with the representative confirming that their safe sprays would remove the Creeping Charlie that had started to grow on our property, including broadleaf weeds (e.g. dandelion)s. Clovers would probably not be affected by the sprays but they would do everything they could to remove them. Fast forward to the end of the service and the creeping Charlie has spread almost taking over my backyard and other broadleaf weeds growing in various areas. I decided to give them another chance since another representative had mentioned that it takes a few years for the lawns to establish and respond well to the treatments. The creeping charlie has spread even further and whenever I ask for resprays, I get workers who literally spend maybe 2-3 minutes spraying a few weeds and then taking off. I have a huge property and the previous lawn care services I used took them about 30-40 minutes minimum. Look elsewhere for your lawn care needs. Last year I spoke with a customer service rep and she said that the weed killers only worked on a few weeds (e.g. broadleaf) but not clover and probably not creeping charlie. Wish the website and selling rep. was that specific when I initially signed up their NO-MONEY BACK guarantee-less program. Next time I'll go with their competitor that offer money back guarantee if I'm not satisfied. I feel as if they are just taking money and not providing service for it.

We are so glad to have found out about this company. We had Ed paint almost the entire house and he did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Decorators Choice to you. I love my floors. They look beautiful. Lehel and Timea are wonderful to work with. They provide honest, competitive pricing and complete their work as promised. We had a flood right before our floors were to be put in and they accommodated our schedule. The workers work really hard and they do a thorough job. We had a minor glitch with the baseboards around a very curved wall with minor damage to the dry wall. They rectified it immediately and as best they could. It was such a tough area to work with. I'm only mentioning it because I wanted to let everyone know that they are awesome in customer service. Crossing my fingers that everything will stick and that the flooring won't have any buckling or unevenness. We choose top of the line Karndean, Bearwood vinyl planks and decided to glue it down rather than floating. Note: You'll need to budget a painter afterwards to caulk and paint the baseboards. Kudos to Robert and his ENTIRE family who worked on the long weekend to accommodate our schedule.

I am absolutely amazed and grateful at how hard these guys work. Kay orchestrated some emergency mould removal for us (she's absolutely amazing by the way - such a delight to interact with her). We had Lucas and Alan come (at 4 am!!!!) over to remove some extensive mould that had accumulated in our roof and they did an amazing job. The before and after photos really show the difference. I highly recommend these guys. They're professional, approachable, they know what they're doing, they work hard and they have competitive pricing.

We've never really had any problems with Reliance Protectron for the 7 years that we've used them. We opted for police and fire response and we've only had one false alarm. We're so glad we went with the fire response because SOMEONE (that being me) left the oven on and forgot about what was on the oven. There was smoke everywhere, firemen came very shortly after the alarms went off. Customer service has been really good. Their response time is quick and the technicians are sent as quickly as possible.

We went with Classic Home Inspections based on the reviews and we are happy that we did. Brent was very accommodating and was able to meet our timeline (we put a conditional offer on the home based on problem-free home inspection). He was thorough and found some problem areas that needed to be addressed immediately, or places to keep an eye on. He was down to earth and approachable. He provided a report immediately after the inspection and once he was able to, sent all the pictures that he took during his job (including the areas that needed to be addressed). I think $400 is a very reasonable price. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

After a horrible experience with Cherry and Clark, we left them a terrible review because we were really unhappy with the workmanship and followup repairs that were done. We're hoping that with proper training the workers who worked on our properties can provide better workmanship on their next projects. I have since amended the review and have updated the satisfaction of the company to 5/5 based on the amazing customer resolution experience through the warranty Manager, Chris Pearce. I've never met a more dedicated person in making things right after a not so great experience.

When I sighed up with Lawnsavers, I asked only for a 1 year commitment. After looking at my grass condition after their services I was not satisfied. So instead of asking for their promise on satisfaction guarantee (I believe it was money back at the time) I declined any further renewal. Next spring, someone from Lawnsavers came back to the property to apply service so when I received the bill I called them to remind them that I requested earlier that I wanted to stop their services. They still heckle me about paying for the service that I didn't request. It's been 6 months and they're still sending me the bill. Please stop. No means no.

Hi Mrs. Cho, I am sorry that you feel you were not treated well. We do everything in our power to make sure our service is top notch. We dont exist without a large trail of happy customers. That's why we do everything on our end to try and make sure the line of communication are open and to keep our customers informed on every visit in writing , not only of the things we need to partner with you on to get the best results, but also the details of how our service works including that our service continues each season, year after year. Plants are living organisms and require continuous care- just like people, eating nutritious food and exercising for one season doesnt protect you from future illness, virus etc. Similarly plants need constant care each growing season.
I confirmed that we did indeed inform you on your invoices, through 2 personally addressed reminder letters in November and February, and a courtesy phone call 2 days ahead before our first visit last spring (03/27/2010 01:29 PM - MACHINE answered Call Length: 72 Seconds)
We understand your needs can change and simply put, we do not want to come out to your house if you do not want us there. In addition we protect you by recording all phone calls in and out of our system to make sure accurate records are kept. I was unable to find a record of any cancellation from you.
That being said, I still want you to be happy, and I know that Jenny has called you to offer to make good on the situation some time ago. I sincerely hope we will resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please contact jenny or I personally if I can assist.
