After a heavy rain, I had a small leak develop from my bathroom ceiling - called five vendors to get quotes about re-shingling, and John from Avenue Road was the only one who actually went on the roof to investigate the source of the leak. He said the shingles were in good condition and only a repair was necessary. Shortly after, they sent Sang to do the repairs - while he was up there, he noticed some shoddy chimney flashing and said it would be worth fixing. Sure enough, John provided me with another quote and shortly after they sent Joe to do the work. All around, the service and craftsmanship were exceptional. Not to mention an honest root-cause investigation from the get-go. I hope to use them again when my shingles are ready to be replaced.

My annual sump pump servicing was performed by Ali-Fereid and he was exceptional! Showed up on time, went through the entire cleaning process while I watched and explained in great detail the inner workings of my sump pump. I very much appreciated all the insight, advice, and hard work from Ali-Fereid. See you again next year.

Had to get two driveways graded and repaved. Sought quotes from five vendors, and Ludwig came out on top. Price was mid-range, but service, quality, communications, and attention to detail were absolutely exceptional. Joe and his crew were punctual and took pride in their work. Dealing with Joe was fantastic and he assisted throughout various phases of the work. Would absolutely recommend!

We needed to have some of our wiring upgraded and wanted to switch over to a 200A service. We were under tight deadlines and Ralph (and his crew) worked efficiently to get things done on time. Throughout the process he made sure I knew what was going on and that everything was up to code. He really went the extra mile to ensure costs were kept down - which we greatly appreciated!
