We met with Jason at Expert Property Enhancements because we needed to fix a hole in our garage floor and correct a bunch of interlock that was sloping towards the house. Jason pointed out a few more things he could add in to make his time at our house more effective (fixing some parging and steps), then gave us a simple, all-in price for each of these two jobs Later, when we expanded the scope of the work by widening the path, he included the labour at no extra charge and provided some extra brick that did a lovely job of finishing off our path. On top of all that, he was able to start the job only a week after signing and finished the job on schedule. Finally, Jason has been very responsive by email, which I quite appreciate. Thank you!

After doing a great job on our guest bathroom, we hired Wes and crew to redo our master ensuite, including switching our master bedroom with another bedroom that was also adjacent to the ensuite. Wes had some problems with project and budget management on this project, but he came through for us and made things right. In particular he had to deal with some of the sins of the past from a previous renovation that was just not done the way it should have been. In the end, the project looks spectacular -- better than any master retreat I have ever seen. Not only does his crew do a great job, but they are just really nice people. Even as a picky client, I was very pleased with the attention to detail on this job. Thanks!

After being told I was locked in for a year because I missed the auto-renewal I explicitly requested that it not auto-renew next time. Now it has auto-renewed AGAIN, the rate has increased significantly and I am told there is no record of my previous conversation. I understand companies making mistakes, but to not fix this and honour their previous promise is poor customer service.
