The owner, Frank, was very prompt in replying to my quote request. The crew arrived at the house on time, were very courteous, professional and explained all the steps to be taken for the duct cleaning. They even found some metal bars hidden in a duct leading to one of the bathrooms. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

The project: replacement of the front door. From the moment I contacted this company until the completion of the project, everyone was very professional and courteous. Terry, with whom I dealt with for the quote, was very prompt in addressing all my questions and concerns before even committing to the project. Adriana from the office, was very helpful in scheduling the installation according to our needs, since we don't live at the house in Waterloo. The installers came on time, were very polite and left a clean job site. All in all, I am very happy with the whole experience and I definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased to have hired this company for replacing existing 4x4 posts that broke during April's high winds. When the job was scheduled to start, due to unforeseen circumstances, manual digging was required, which could not be done by Alex. Instead, he subcontracted the digging job to someone else, honouring the price that was initially quoted. Once digging was completed he resumed the setting job. I received an excellent service from this company. They were prompt in answering the quote request and all my questions. They showed up in time and were very knowledgeable and professional. Replacement of the broken spring, as well as the cable replacement went smoothly. If needed, I would not hesitate to request their service again.

Steve responded to my request immediately and came by to price the job. A couple of broken bricks had to be replaced and he did an amazing job finding a close match. His son Tyler did an amazing job reinforcing the bricks by inserting steel rods and then tuck pointing. He even went as far as to protect my flower bed while working above it! I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the fact that they cleaned up the site upon work completion! Thank you!

I was looking for a contractor for plumbing services for a new 2 piece bathroom, so I contacted a few companies via Homestars. Caldwell Plumbing was one of the few to reply to my email. Andrew was very prompt to come by and give us a quote. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. This company was referred to me by Clarke Basements System, for addressing an issue of water seeping into the basement from under the sliding door. Mike was prompt in showing up and explaining the work that needs to be done. After removing a piece of concrete on the outside wall, the problem was obvious. His crew did a very nice job pouring new concrete and parging the wall. Thanks to Mike and his crew, no more water seeping in my basement!

Our 23 yrs old A/C unit couldn't keep up with the heat anymore, so we have decided to go with a full replacement of the furnace, A/C unit and humidifier. We picked Rodman's Heating not just because their quote was a reasonable one and their salesman was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining how everything works, but also because we wanted to support local business :) I have no regrets whatsoever: great service, professional installation, and they also helped us with the Energy Audit.
