Needed a chairlift so my mum could go up & down the stairs to exit our home. Matthew was so helpful during the initial consultation. Gave me all the info I needed, answered my questions and was not pushy about the sale. After looking at two other major brands, decided Stannah was the best in design, quality & service. Lori coordinated the installation which only took a few hours. Six months later, and I am 100% satisfied with my decision. Mum is able to go to appointments without having to dread the stairs. She’s very happy. And we’re all thankful to the wonderful team at Stannah.

Have an old dishwasher in my rental unit that needed new springs. Shani was very helpful in arranging the service call and answering all my questions. Alex was the technician sent to do the work. Found replacement parts the following week and fixed the dishwasher; my tenants were satisfied. He arranged both appts with my tenants, to accomodate their schedule. Very professional. Great customer service. Worth the money. Will definitely call them again.

Had crumbling bricks at the top of my building's front wall. Doug gave me an estimate for the work but because of financial circumstances, I was not able to hire him right away. He was patient and ckecked in with me over the next 10 months. When it was OK to start with the job, the price was pretty close to the original estimate ( fair allowance for market price of materials). Doug handled the permit application, the hydro line subcontractor and dealing with my tenants. A real professional. His men were efficient and professional too. Doug kept me updated on the work progress so I never felt uninformed. When it was all done, the rebuilt section of wall matched the rest of the older bricks exactly, especially since they did a great job of cleaning them. Now my building looks amazing, and decades younger. Great work, excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend Doug and his crew.
