I arranged for My Aurum to clean house gutters at my 91-year old mother's two-storey house in Toronto. July 2/19 i was not present during the service but via phone call with my mother, i spoke with the gutter cleaner who reported he cleaned the front (lower level) veranda gutter but the back porch-gutter was "milk white" & that cleaning was not needed; i asked that he clean & flush the back porch-downspout as it was clogged. Joseph, Operations Mgr requested feedback, which i gave after checking with my mother and i did visual inspection of back porch gutter......i paid for full service with his commitment of a return
service appt. However, there was a NO Show; multiple phone calls and text messages-NO response; July 26-I made a PERSONAL visit to head office & spoke with the "new" HR Manager & Joseph. I was given next day service appt-NO Show; another appt made then deferred due to heat; a new appt date given with NO show. I have had no response to my texts & Phone message to-general reception. Today is August 22/19 & still waiting.
